It would appear that having more males than females in prison over the years has created more and better programs to shorten sentences and avoid doing time through alternative placements.

Awww the poor girls have to do all their time..
I know I know they get smaller sentences to begin with.

I was bound to be misunderstood, and I laugh at those who misunderstand me. Kind mockery at the well intentioned, but unfettered cruelty towards those would be prison guards of my creative possibilities. Texas is serious when it comes to doing the crime you are going to do the time. Good to see some programs in place to help men figure it out.

Prisons are just government housing for fatherless boys.
