BAYTOWN, Texas (AP) — A police officer shot and killed a woman at a Houston-area apartment complex after she hit him with his Taser during a struggle, shocking him, police said. In a video recorded by a witness and posted on social media, the officer can be seen standing over Pamela Turner and reaching down to try to grab her arms. Turner, who is lying on the ground outside the apartments in Baytown, yells “I’m pregnant.” Moments later, something flashes as she reaches her arm out toward the officer. Suddenly, the officer pulls away from Turner, steps back and fires five gunshots.

Last year here in the UK, a video surfaced of a hole attacking a doorman. He knocked her away, but she came back and threw a punch at him. He knocked her down.

I was just reflecting with a black friend of mine today, telling him how I wanted to be a cop but he is right… WHY? Why would you want to take those kinds of risks for lousy pay… For heaven’s sake, you can make $60k a year doing a lot of things that dont end with you being shot in the face or serving 15 years in prison for doing your job…. Why the hell would you risk your life or liberty to be a cop for substandard compensation?

She was clearly a regular trouble maker who knew all the get outs like claiming harassment and claiming pregnancy. She just pushed things too far that day. Trouble is that scum of both genders learn over several decades (from less than age 10 sometimes) that they are pretty much untouchable for minor crime and if they make themselves a big pain the cops tend to go for easier pickings. That day she just went too far. Scum should take it as a warning but they probably will not.
