The benefits clearly outweigh any drawbacks in my opinion. If you have high levels of testosterone, be grateful for it. Don’t let anyone convince you that it would be better to have lower testosterone.

While I was playing pro ball I knew of plenty of athletes that were using PEDs. I never took part in it for personal reasons. The benefits are more than the risks. I advise that if you are going that route than do it under close supervision of a MD. If they are as dangerous as people try to tell you than where’s the body count?

I do not support using any PEDs. Most over-the-counter supplements like creatine are fine though. Personally, I don’t take any supplements except for vitamins.

I’m not against nor do I support using PEDs. My fear was/is that I would become addicted. I know many former teammates that are still using and they have been out of the game for over 20 years. They have told me they have tried to stop but are unable to. That’s why I won’t do it.

Working out helps testosterone production I’ve heard. Also, eating healthy. Avoid soy products as that is filled with estrogen.

You can take natural plants/herbs that support healthy testosterone levels. Doesnt have to be steroids or illegal drugs.

Women want everything, but want responsibility and accountability for nothing.

Also, lose body fat. Fat itself has estrogen mimicking qualities.

Simply eat plenty of meat, don’t be a bitch about eating the chucks of fat from a steak or the skin off a chicken, eat plenty of vegetables. Avoid anything processed and only get top guality whey if you happen to go the route of shakes. NO ALCOHOL for best results.

All my fat uncles think it’s me just being 31 and a high metabolism but it’s bulls~~~. High fat, high protein diets are the way to go for a man. And asparagus, plenty of asparagus! lol If your p~~~ doesn’t smell like it can eat through the ceramic toilet then you need more asparagus in your diet.

I reject any artificial enhancements to my body, if I’m not badly deficient. I prefer to eat and exercise well. I look good, no complaints.

You failed to mention the downsides of enhanced testosterone, however.
