If it’s less than 20-years in prison justice isn’t done. There should be at least some kind of $10K-plus fine; if she don’t have the cash she can work it off in prison and have her wages garnished afterwards. Lose her teaching credential for life, no contact with children ever again. This event should be stapled to every single job application she ever turns out. Parole of some 5-years or so afterwards. If this had been a male instructor banging a 13-year old female the outcry would be amazing. Roast the abuser in the media.
