Those are three very different issues:

The company is hiring just only women as drivers: that’s clear sexual discrimination in hiring practices, and the company should be sued. Men are losing job opportunities just only due their sex. However I don’t think there will be justice/fairness: our society is gynocentric and the judges will invent good excuses “showing” it’s not a problem. Our society giggles at blatant discrimination against men.
Hiring just only women as drivers it’s also a stupid policy because most violence on ridesharing is committed by customers against the drivers, not the opposite.

Second issue: customers can be just only women.
Who cares?
Wimminz should feel safe, all men are rapists, yadda yadda.
Wimminz who will use such service are clearly the most misandrists.
More and more such kind of wimminz will stay away from men, less and lesser false accusations there will be! 😀

Third issue: customers can be wimminz AND children under 13.
