You can even do ten times in a day, but that would be an exception, something happening one, two, three times a year. In the same year you’re going to have some weeks including a couple of days without sexual release.

How old are you? Prior to 30, there’s probably nothing you can do except masturbate or have sex. This is how you can get trapped.

Over 30? LOL. Forget it. You won’t need any tricks to worry about your sex drive. Now everything is slanted the other direction. No-fap is actually for people with a masturbation addiction and/or for people that are pussy obsessed to the point that they think masturbating ‘doesnt count’.

Ive met many men that feel ashamed to masturbate, and think that they should be having sex instead of masturbating. Many men are mentally deranged when it comes to women to the point that they can’t even enjoy a moment with themselves because they think they are a loser for masturbating.

I was almost like that in my 20s.
I avoided to masturbate because I was afraid to not pursuit women enough.
98-99% my orgasms were during real sex, masturbation was extremely rare, I did it, strategically, just only before some “important” first date.
And then when I had sex I didn’t even consider it “real sex” if the women didn’t reach orgasm. I considered the opposite, women reaching orgasm and me don’t reaching orgasm, being “real sex”.

In some ways, it was the epitome of the blue pill.
I don’t regret it, I think that when you’re young and lack experience then it’s a phase you have to pass through.
