Trying to come up with synonyms to avoid saying fat is a form of denial. I’m not for destroying ones ego by insulting but these women need to be told the truth but even that they don’t want to hear. I’ll just tell them when they complain about loosing weight it holds zero merit because they don’t do anything about it.
