How is this different from the Swedish law other than being a state law versus federal law?

Affirmative consent laws together with universal belief in the victim makes heterosexual sex with any but professional women too dangerous for your lively hood and freedom.

In most states in the U.S…………a conviction for a class 1 felony, such as rape, requires a unanimous verdict.

Also, in the U.S., for felony charges, the defendant can demand a trial by a jury……of his peers. The verdict is not decided by a judge. But by 12 men and women.

A prosecution by the State for a charge of rape, will, by practice if not by actual standard, have a minimum of 3 males on the jury.

Simply vote not guilty.

Regardless of the actual words of the law.

Those laws are spreading very fast in several countries of Europe.

Apart from Sweden (which is a lost country)there’s too many countries in Europe with the gender cult.
