The reason I ask is because yes, by US justice system standards a good lawyer should be able to get something like that dismissed.

What troubles me are the reports that they have laws on the books saying that if you misrepresent your profession/wealth/status whatever and a girl sleeps with you, you are now considered a rapist or similar sex crime perpetrator.

Effectively making the standard regret of any kind. If she regrets it, all she had to do is claim you misrepresented something and boom, you’re in jail.

So I’m honestly curious if you or any other guys have any direct experience with this to get an idea how far it actually goes in Sweden and other countries.

You all are pretty much spot on for the most part. Swedish women and european women in general have become completely f~~~ing insufferable. It’s nearly as bad as Canada. They’re entitled little princesses that think because they look half-way physically presentable, or if they work a somewhat physically requiring job (something men have been doing for AGES), men needs to bow down and serve them like little good, cuckolded slaves.

But women are not the main problem. It’s naturally the goddamned simps and white-knights that continue to enable this sort of behaviour that p~~~es me off the most.

Iceland already tried in 2013, when they had a lesbian radical feminist prime minister. Iceland had some success: they banned strip clubs and local production of porn movies, then the government collapsed before enacting a partial ban on online porn.

I have not even an hint how it is now in Sweden, or how it was ten years ago: I lived in Sweden in the 90’s, when I left Sweden they just passed the law criminalizing men who buy sex from sex workers, I think that was the beginning of the regress.
I was cohabiting with my HR manager, she hired me and we had a relationship, she was older and richer than me, I was 25, she was 17 years older (but she looked younger, more 32 yo than 42 yo). She was psychologically abusive, I cheated on her, she catched me with a policewoman in her bed. I have been assaulted, wounded with a knife, throwed out from the house in the night (November is cold, even if Malmoe is among the warmest places in Sweden), then fired. No way to have justice: I’m a man, I lifted 6-7 hours per week (I still do it), she was a woman aka a victim. I returned in Italy shortly before Christmas 1998.
I had a lot of sex with drunk Swedish women, mostly in the age range 25-35, I was blue pill, enough exotic for them since I’m Italian and I act as an Italian but also not too exotic to make them uncomfortable (blue eyes, I spoke a quite decent Swedish), totally unaware about rape laws and such things.

I guarantee you, I absolutely promise you, that no Western world government is actually “concerned” about sexual or population decline. There is a fallacy that leaders and policy makers are dumber than the average person and don’t consider variables and don’t understand basic information.

They know what they’re doing. Say what you will, but these people are NOT stupid. They are liars, they are greedy, they are sociopaths, but stupid is something they are not.

They know full well the effects of their policies are to reduce the middle class and lower population at the middle. They want only slaves and lower class that are too stupid to revolt, and that can breed well in captivity, as these people have an absolute determination to control others.

They pay lipservice only as a means of misdirection, to better control those that may have enough intelligence to even notice a problem, to better isolate any possibly revolt.

That’s why they’re all Gung-Ho about importing rapefugees.
