He openly admits that serious crimes were committed right in that passage. They are just choosing not to prosecute.

If any average joe had exposed classified information on a private server, they would have gotten a very unpleasant visit from the special weapons and tactics team, and likely given a MINIMUM of 5 years in prison, and after it ended up in the hands of Russian and Chinese intel, likely a minimum of 10 years.

By scripted, i meant that i already knew she would never be punished for breaking federal law, because the agency isn’t about to put a former first lady in prison, and especially not when she’s the leading presidential candidate against a guy the establishment fears or doesn’t like. I felt the agency planned to let her off the hook from the get go, meaning scripted, not that the entire thing was staged or planned to happen.

The big problem I see is that the two party system has done a fantastic job at getting people to pick a side and stick with it no matter what.

Anyone remember the IRS scandal from a year or two ago? I do. The IRS is being investigated for stalling and denying tax exempt status for right wing groups. They didn’t do that on the left wing groups. This gave the left an advantage in the last election because more people on the left could get a tax deduction for contributing to those groups, who then went out and “educated” (bought air time) to teach the public why the left leaning candidate was the better candidate to vote for.

The IRS helped Obama get elected. That is a fact and is not under dispute. The only question left is did the orders come from the White House. If it did, then the scandal is bigger than Watergate. But we are told to move along, nothing to see here. And 50% of our population is so brainwashed that they don’t care anymore. And for the record, the other 50% are just as brainwashed, so don’t think I’m picking a side.

I’m not a huge fan of Rudy Guiliani(sp), but CBS news put him on the phone for a response and he said in no uncertain terms that if the average person with classified clearance did this, they would be in jail.

He said clearly that he honestly didn’t know if it was politically motivated, and then proceeded to lay out all the evidence that it was. He said he was astonished that erasing the emails alone didn’t get her an obstruction of justice charge – he made it very clear that as a former prosecutor, he was stunned that the FBI even admitted that there was evidence of crimes committed, and yet refused to recommend prosecution.

I never really liked the guy myself, but when I heard him go over all this on the news show, I actually clapped my hands for him.
