GENTS! Let’s make 2018 the year of the vasectomy! Once Roe v Wade is overturned, you can best believe there will be a lot more “surprise” babies popping up. Women won’t be able to murder them, so they’ll have no choice but to trap you and rape you for support.

    Hide your “kids” (sperm)!

    Abortion is not birth control.

If (and it’s a big if) the supreme court were to overturn Roe Vs. Wade, the determination as to the legality of abortions would return to the state government as opposed to the federal.

Where it should be. I’m a Constitutionalist and abortion/healthcare/social spending are not Federal powers.

But let’s be honest. Nobody is going to say they wantbbto overturn it. That’ll scare 35% of the electorate into rioting. Think LA but nationwide.

Oh I agree JAG, I’m sure we could both list the many powers that the federal government has usurped from the states.

    Abortion is not going away.
Just like gun powder that Genie is not going back into the bottle.

At BEST it becomes a State issue.
Cupcake will just have to travel to her closest Blue State to kill his baby.

Now if it does happen that Roe v Wade gets overturned I wonder if that means the Tax Payer (me) will no longer be on the hook for funding PP? I live in a DEEP Red State. No way abortion becomes legal and State funded here.

Anything that drives the far-left (including Pelosi, Schumer, etc., etc.) crazy is very probably a good thing!!

I look at it this way.
I’m a man, I’m not going to get pregnant, it’s none of my business.
If you insist, that if a woman gets pregnant she HAS to give birth, you’d better be there to adopt it.

I don’t like his pick, the guy appears to be a RINO shill, just like Bush’es SCOTUS picks, judging from how he’s loved by right wing fake media.
It’s still lightyears better than some black muslim lesbian woman with disabilities, that Hillary would had put in

But I understand why he did it. He’s the easiest person to get approved and seated out of four candidates. Gorsich also isn’t perfect with his vote on travel ban, but again – thank God it’s not Hillary’s picks

I agree. But, this is a long game approach.

President Trump nominated the person whom was moderate and with the most records to review. This provides the democrats enough rope to politically hang themselves by stalling the nomination until the mid-terms.

This nomination will not inflame the moderate democrats and the democrats in D.C. stalling the nomination will make more moderate democrats walk away from the democrat party.

I’m hearing rumors that RBG, Sotamayor, and Elena Kegan are likely going to be replaced under a Trump admin. Just a friendly FYI for those who feel Trump is being guided by the MI and IC. Again, just a rumor, nothing more so don’t spaz on me.

I don’t love the pick, but it’s a moderate pick and probably the best strategic pick. He has at least one more coming up when Ginsberg kicks it. The justices left to go are social activist leftists. This is a moderate pick that won’t spook the electorate before the midterms. Save the right pivot for the next judge.

Darn good chance he will be replacing one more before 2020. Also have to add Clarence Thomas to the list.
Sotamayor diabetic who already has made the news not dosing correctly. It just becomes a matter of time. Type 1 so at her age she is brittle.
RBG makes Thomas look like a spring chicken.

Kegan is the only one that might end up still on the bench at the end of Trump’s second term.

President Trump is playing a interesting game.

President Trump tricked the corporate media to go hard on Roe v Wade abortion for the last two week, then he picked a moderate on that issue, but whom is very pro-2nd Amendment.

The transmission of the body politic of the democrat party is going to feel it as the anti-Trumpers switch gears at high political speed, as they go hard on gun-control right before the mid-term election as a way to block the nomination.

This is likely what President Trump is hoping for because gun control is a losing issue for the democrats.

I’m a man, I’m not going to get pregnant, it’s none of my business.

Sure it is, once you get the bill for child support. Either directly or through taxes.

If you insist, that if a woman gets pregnant she HAS to give birth, you’d better be there to adopt it.

So if a single mom decides to off her 2 year old, is that also none of your business because you don’t want to adopt the kid?

The bottom line is that everyone agrees that murder is wrong. Where they disagree on is when life begins, and under what circumstances of a human being have the right to end the life of another human.

All these other side arguments, whether pro-life or pro-choice, are just distractions from the real issue. Usually to claim some sort of moral high ground over the other side. Whether a pro-lifer calls someone a murder, a pro-choice calls someone anti-women…it’s all garbage since it puts false motivation on the opposing view.

    Ok. Then do it.

What he said. The dispute isn’t over murder. It’s over when we classify the thing as “human.”

After looking this seems to be the case.
    Dump Kavanaugh.

He rendered a decision that could have been written by Roberts on 0bamacare. If he is unwilling to uphold the constitution on health care then he will not uphold it on other issues.

That is a good possibility. Also on the reason I’m hearing Kegan has little do with her health and age. The reason being given is more along the line of her selection by a “Manchurian candidate”.
