Does anyone know of any good supplements for losing weight and gaining muscle? Currently I’m using ISO-100 Protein powder cookie and cream flavor. Great stuff! It has no fat, 110 calories, 50% protein, hardly any cholesterol. Not that expensive. I got a 1.6lbs jug for $13, but that’s after a $16 discount with eBay Bucks. That’s what I’m currently using. As far as supplements for weight loss, I haven’t used anything yet, but I saw on Muscle & Strength a product from Muscle Pharm called CLA Core. People who review it say it works well, and it’s a good deal for $180 soft gels. I don’t know if I should get it or not.
Does anyone know of any better and inexpensive way to lose weigh and gain muscle. I maybe 33, but I still want the body I should of had 13 years ago, if it’s still possible to look that good. Yes, I want muscle, but it want it to look good too; and I’ve seen some older people who are bulked up and they don’t as good than if they were 21.

My go-to guys for nutrition are:
* Dr Eric Berg: https://www.youtube.com/user/drericberg123
* Dr Peter Glidden: http://criticalhealthnews.com/

OK, I’ll check it after I get back from today’s job interview at Best Buy. Speaking of which, I have to get ready in a few minutes.

First off, the interview when alright. To me the results of a job interview is “whatever happens, happens.” Overall, I think I did alright.
Anyway, I checked out the Dr. Eric Berg’s protein videos, and I’m glad the proteins I usually eat are of the best, according to him. I love fish (I had a pound tonight of tilapia), eggs, I eat chicken 3 times a week, cottage cheese, and those tasty ISO-100 supplements (cookies and cream). It’s good to know I have good news on my side.

Fat loss is the simple application of eating less calories than you take in. I highly suggest John Romaniello and Adam Bornstein’s book Engineering the Alpha, Man 2.0. The title sucks but the science is solid. Its a “Why to” guide not a “How to” so they tell you why you should do things for “X” gain and then give you the research and science to back it up. I started their intermittent fasting, feast for 24 then fast for 24 then eat lean for the rest of the week system and I’m 6’2″ down to 213 from 256 since October 30th to today. They have a step by step system you can try if you want but don’t have to. I’ve not done it yet.

But I would like to hear more about who’s protein’s everyone is using? I’ll start a real workout plan soon once I get a few more things situated around my place so I can room to work out.

Well I’m using ISO-100 a 1.6 pound jug cookies and cream flavor. It’s real good. It’s has no fat, 1% cholesterol, no sugar, 25gms of protein, hardly any sodium. Basically it has very little bad nutrients and high in the good nutrients. Even if I don’t drink it for the cookies and cream flavor, I’d still put in my frozen strawberry or frozen blueberry milk smoothies. Other times, I’d add 3 or 4 Oreos.
What I find amazing is that I hardly workout, but because I eat a lot of protein rich foods, my muscles in my arms are solid.

I don’t take supplements. I recommend having 3 snacks a day in addition to having your 3 meals. Make your meals smaller as well. Drink nothing but water, and if you have alcohol limit yourself to 4 times a month.
I recommend Banana’s, avacoda’s, sundried tomatoes, apricot, beans, corn, spinach, kale, mushrooms and nuts as they have a considerable amount of protein. Your body uses more energy to digest fruits and vegetables and your naturally burn more calories as a by-product.
Despite only working out 3 times I weak I’m quite lean and can lift almost as much as the weightlifting juicers that spend easily 50-100$ a month on supplements.
Don’t waste your time with supplements. For weight loss I suggest you try fasting. Look up eat stop eat and you will see it. it’s only $10 for the ebook so it’s a steal.
Supplements are a waste of money eat real food is better. Meat, whole grains, quoins are good sources of protein.

Look the truth is that 90% of supplements are a scam.
The only supplements you should take is creatine, multivitamins, and perhaps some whey protein. If you want to lose weight just stick with this. Eat real food,sleep,drink lots of water. Avoid or eliminate sugar and eat quality protein. That is it. It is simple as f~~~. Oh and take your time. Good luck.
Always going big, Yeah you know the kid, Call me haymaker.
I use clean gainer for protein, high calories but clean. I tried low carb and low fat diets but would always run on fumes. You need fats and carbs.

I’ve been on and off pre work sups (assault, animo energy) but they aren’t something you take all the time. Those two have stimulates which you can build a tolerance to very fast so take sparingly.

For fat loss start tracking what you eat vs what you expend and aim for 500 cals under. Protein consumption should be a gram for every lb of body weight.
I thought what I'd do was I'd pretend I was one of those deaf-mutes...or should I?

I’m staying the hell away from Amazon. Those customer service people and their idiot warehouse people made this a very difficult and stressful month for me, and it’s not over with them over a transaction I’m having over a refund for a flash drive that didn’t work. They’re only giving me a half refund for a returned item, and that is wrong. Plus their customer service people done nothing but made returning it very difficult. This month has been a very bad month for me with Amazon, and after I’m done with my refund and close out the VISA card, I’m done with them forever.

Damn that sucks and idiot “customer service” is defiantly infuriating. You can find tri pep anywhere though I did have trouble finding on bodybuilding.com for some reason.

Best for skinny guys because it makes you look more bloated but increases strength intesivley.
Drink even more water if you take it
