Have you ever met people, especially females who always get offended easily? Like even a slight thing you do that you are not even intentional about it, these super sensitive females would take that small thing you do and they would magnify it to the point they are extremely offended by it that they would almost cry! The worst part is that they are not even concerned with what sort of difficult situation you are in that led you to do something that is even small. A lot of the times, it is always about how you wronged them, and just because of this, they would even condition you to walk on eggshells around them in the future, because GOD FORBID you would OFFEND THEM and then they would guilt you about it!

I once had a colleague when working in SEO.Had to tell her that her work lacks quality and that I needed to retrain her on some important topics. She started crying and possibly thought I was picking on her. And that with all the colleagues around. She did that more often than only on that occasion and I sensed her being pretty sneaky in a way.

I work with 2 women who are like that, one is menopausal and cries over anything, even when you help her.

The other I don’t even say good morning to because she is so moody she will bite your head off over nothing.

I had a girlfriend who was hyper sensitive too, she was American and couldn’t get her head around the rougher Aussie sense of humour, especially how we make fun of ourselves, she’d also start fights over bulls~~~ and play guilt games.

I have a couple of female co-workers in that vein. Sadly, one sits directly across from me. She’s menopausal aswell and seems to find everything a chore now. So as if it wasn’t enough that you can’t criticise anything she does, because then she’ll make the rest of your week hell, she’s also hugely distracting to work with, because she’ll spend ALL DAY making obnoxiously loud, over-the-top sighing and groaning noises. I’m certain that she mainly does it to remind everyone how straining her job is, even though she often has less to do than me.

The other is a scary, witch-like woman who’s constantly muttering to herself, and loses her temper over the dumbest s~~~. One day she left an offensive note on a guy’s car, just because she’d parked in a reserved parking space and he’d warned her that she can’t do that. Thankfully, the boss wasn’t having any of that and told her off for it. She sulked for AGES. Making matters worse, she’s one of those irritating women who has to make everything about gender. She’ll always grumble that she gets singled out just because she’s a woman, and that the guys never get into trouble.

honestly, not all women are like that. Oh, they are sensitive, but some are passive aggressive about it. They won’t say anything, but assume you know what you did and start giving you s~~~ in return for your discretion. half the time, they misunderstood what you said in the first place.

On top of that, they have no sense of balancing out offenses, so to speak. For example, if you call a woman a bitch, she will not consider that you said it as a reaction to her calling you an asshole. She will expect you to get over the asshole comment, but she won’t forget about bitch.
