Greetings all,

Has anyone beyond myself noticed the sudden influx of old flames trying to re-kindle a connection the last few days?  I took a second to try to find a common denominator when I realized.. Mothers Day is right around the corner, and it seems like someone is searching for acknowledgement. Please tell me I’m not being over-observant…

Stuff like this just makes sense.  The economy isn’t going as well as the media would lead you to believe.  Thus all these women are looking for an extra paycheck.  Thus, that guy they dumped that has money.

Yikes, I did actually receive an unsolicited message a week or so ago, I didn’t make the connection with the rapid approaching Mother’s Day celebration. . . .

I’ve changed my number so many times it’s hard for anyone to really reach me unless you’re in my immediate circle. Then again I usually just block the numbers from chicks that I’ve messed with in the past.

I haven’t noticed anything unusual lately, and even if I did I wouldn’t pay it much mind. Like you said, Mother’s Day is coming up so there has to be a catch to it all.
