Hello All,

I am a young man (20-26) who has recently found his way into MGTOW. After reading “The Game” by Neil Strauss, browsing /r/theredpill on Reddit, and studying MGTOW theory, I’ve decided to swallow the Red Pill and recognize MGTOW this past Sunday.

Currently, I have a very athletic/fit body (6’1, 180lbs, 10% body fat), a good job (50k+), and I am single. I just got out of a three year long term relationship. I may dive deeper into this in another post, at another time. My biggest issue with MGTOW and applying it to my life, is my confidence. I lived years being scared of women, being the nice guy, and not taking risks/bold moves.

The time for that bulls~~~ is over. It’s time to become the Alpha Male I was destined to be and take what’s mine. I will be bold with my decisions and confident with my reasoning. It’s good to be here brothers, I intended to be active on the Fitness and Career forms.

If I can offer one suggestion it would be to loose the Alpha male, Beta male thinking. Those are images one projects in order to get something from others (usually women). So instead of trying to become an Alpha Male, just try to be Your Own Man, going your own way. Happiness and confidence comes from within. But, don’t worry, there are a lot of members here who are much wiser than me who I’m sure will give you great advice to keep you on your path.

The answer is NO. “I could but I won’t”. Memini murum!
