I’d like to see someone challenge the constitutionality of these safe space rules here in the US, especially in state funded schools. Prior restraint has been roundly rejected by the SCOTUS (as John Goodman pointed out), and clearly, saying you must give up your free speech rights by entering a particular location on a public college campus is a form of this.

Any legal types around here that can confirm/refute that?
