Strictly Business

A project was assigned to me to go on a business trip for a few months, usually business trips in our company are 70% vacation and 30% work which is great.

The catch is I am paired up with a woman. Stuck up and self-entitled which is the worst kind out there.

As I am briefing her regarding the assignment, she started asking personal questions and wants to get “all-personal”.

I told her that this is work and anything of personal nature will just hinder our work; I made sure to explain it to her like I am explaining it to a 5 year old kid.just to play it safe – I’d rather not deal with “Well, I didnt get that part crap” in the long run.

She got the most part which should suffice to which it seemed.

After a few mins of briefing, she went on to ask “Are you married?” (I am now shaking my head deep inside)
So I’d rather not repeat myself and told her:

“If you wanna get personal, here’s a dollar and go find someone else to talk to”

There was silence now in the room as I saw her face still processing what I just said which begs the question “Are women really smarter than men”.

Now that she (hopefully) knows I mean strictly business, lets cross our fingers that she now gets it.

Not knowing what is entailed specifically would be a good idea to record? Or is recording with body cam(etc.) over the top ?
