@meister – I take companionship as something more than just casual sex.

That said even if I took it as meaning just sex, I still wouldn’t crave an actual female after watching porn.

For me there is a lonely awkward feeling that comes after sex and it makes me want to leave ASAP.

I also can’t be bothered putting up with the games that come with trying to get that sex.

At most of ho to a brothel or similar but even that is of little interest now as again the women manage to inflict their s~~~ on me to some degree.

Like anything else, don’t let it control you.

For the most part, you’re better off not looking at porn, or women at all. Men are visual creatures. I forget women exist frequently as I go about my life as long as I don’t see them, especially if they’re covered up when I do see them.

But if they’re prancing about and fit and just flaunt that, I do think about it sometimes. I still have my humanity. It’s not so much denying that, as it is not giving into biological impulses and being consumed.

I strongly prefer to pursue my own interests and avoid women entirely. Porn often takes away from that, as your mind goes into that sex mode. Sure you can rub one out, but you’ll still think about it, maybe the next day, maybe in a couple of hours.

If you avoid it altogether you forget. I can tell you I’ve gone weeks, months even without release. But if I’m looking at porn actively, or with women, I can go a dozen times a day and am consumed by it. I much prefer the peace of not doing so, and of intellectual pursuits.
