Marvel actually did that in 2013. They relaunched the book that is simply called “X-Men” and it was just a female team, Jubilee, Shadowcat, Psylocke, Storm, Rogue, and Rachel Grey. It wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t the best X-Men comic I have read. And as for a female Indiana Jones one could argue that Lara Croft is that yet feminists are complaining about Rise of the Tomb Raider because she kills people in it and isn’t showing remorse. Yeah that is what people want to play. A game where after you kill someone trying to kill you you stop and feel bad for 10 minutes and ask yourself why you are here lol.

On the subject of female characters and Star Wars I will wait until I see The Force Awakens before I judge, but compared to Supergirl how is it? I can handle Supergirl so how does Force Awakens compare in terms of girlpower and what not?

To use a separate analogy (and theory)…. you can call a police officer an “asshole”…..

Airliner fuel on it’s own can’t burn hot enough to melt steel, but it can certainly spray all over the place and ignite the flammable contents of large offices. Those contents burning are what really did the job – the furniture, the carpets, the woodwork, the large amounts of paper. Nothing had to melt, just weaken enough to lose it’s strength.
