SPEEDO COP-ptsd suffering psychopathic Speedo Cop is a man on the edge in his speedo pants. With a nagging angel dust and smack attack addiction, he struggles to cope in a city plagued with pervert Cyborgs, Mutant Rats, Fiends from the blocks, the ghost of Michael Jackson terrorising Pepsi vending machines everywhere and every brand of back alley scum bags, junkies, whores and pan handlers. And naked hairy weird fat men. A new gang have started blowing up Speedo pant factories. Speedo Cop can not allow this. He breaks protocol and takes out the gang with a bazooka while riding his trusty neon pink moped. He is suspended and forced to hand in his badge and gun…and nun chucks. While he’s chilling at home cooking sea bass with sizzled ginger, chilli & spring onions, a news report on tv announces that his police station just blew the f~~~ up, by a dangerous naked cyborg gang known as ‘Fuk-Tech’, killing his best friend Steven Seagal with a fork, and stealing Seagals pony tail and virginity. But first they chased him and made him run like a girl. Speedo cop must avenge Seagals death and retrieve the ponytail, and restore justice. He grabs his pump action shotgun from some cool hiding place, puts on his shades and best pair of tight sexy Speedos, and his garage door slowly opens, his silhouette standing in the light. One hand holds the shotgun upwards, the other on his b~~~~. Which are huge. Time to kick some f~~~ing ass bitches. But first he must get some gas for his moped and some snacks for the trip.
