I’ve been taking really good care of myself for the past two weeks. Now I’ve gotten into the habit of reading nutrition labels which I’ve never really done before and I’m noticing that soy is in most food items and we all know soy is toxic to make health. I’m starting to wonder if this is on purpose to feminize men further. Interesting note, beer contains hops which is an intense phytoestrogen that mimics real estrogen. Even ales contain hops as a preservative even though traditionally it never did. Makes me go hmmmmmm. Read those labels to avoid being poisoned you know just in case.

Yes, read the labels, choose local/real food when possible. Grow some of it yourself. etc. Dill, leek etc.
(Also brewing/making cider, beer, whiskey, vodka takes patience but is worth it, as you can make it as clean as you want from ingredients you want.)

I’m eating pretty much sardines, eggs, oysters, tuna, red meat, Brussels sprouts, broccoli and olives/peanuts/garlic/chili peppers. No bread. No sugar. No cigarettes and I’m doing really good with that one. Soon to get back in lifting like I used to do 5 years ago. Takin care of #1. My energy level is way on up.

Soy plastic and soy bio-fuel are useful, but soy food? Hmmmm

Maybe soy products are the secret behind the mammoth North American Landwhale?

It’s been a conspiracy theory for some time now. Whether or not soy is purposefully being added to the food supply is neither here nor there though- the fact is that it is in most processed foods and it is considered bad for you by many groups. In regard to male health, soy contains phtyoestrogens. The idea is that in high amounts, it throws men’s hormones out of balance and makes us weaker etc. I’ve also read that the body will naturally adapt and level itself out. So who knows?

I play on the side of caution and avoid it. I get plenty of nutrition without it. I came to this conclusion after I tried a high soy diet many years ago and it made me feel depressed and I felt bloated all the time. I thought it was a so called “superfood”. I started reading about it after this and found out I was essentially lied to by the food industry. That was also the catalyst for me to start researching what I eat.

Soy is claimed to be extremely high in protein but I’ve also read that it has very low bio availability and is a poor source for nutrients and protein. You can’t absorb what you can’t digest. This is why a vegetarian/vegan diet can be difficult for some people as plant matter typically locks up the nutrients with phytic acid, a storage form of phosphorous. To unlock these nutrients, most animals secret phytase which breaks down phytic acid. Humans secret very little phytase, that’s one of a few reasons you get hungry so soon after eating a typical vegetarian meal.

To quote Drayton Sawyer: “We was raised in meat”!

Luckily There is a slaughter house 3 miles down the road. Monday is “kill day”. All the meat is from local farms. It was walking around Sunday—its on the counter Tuesday.

My only complaint is that the guy who runs the place (been there 30 years) has something against Germans. They will make Chirizo and Italian sausage, but no bratwurst, knockwurst, or braunschweiger. No lamb or goat either.

I eat a lot of meat, beans, brown rice, millet, fruit, veggies. (I love that Indian dish made with creamed spinach and little cheese cubes)

Since I started eating whole foods and no fast food or processed and going to bed earlier, I feel like a million bucks. Haven’t felt this great in years.

I’m starting to wonder if this is on purpose to feminize men further.

I have heard that as well — including significant amounts of estrogen traces in certain foods and water.

Then I noticed people started ordering “soy milk” in their f~~~ing COFFEE. It’s like a menu item now. “TIM!!! SOY LATTE!! ANDREW!!! YOUR SOY CAPPUCCINO!!! JOHN!! YOUR SOY SKINNY FROTH DOUBLE SHOT MOCCA F~~GUCCINO IS READY!!!!”.

How about a nice order of bitch t~~~ on the side.

All I know is that bodybuilders have been avoiding soy for at least 30 years. I have done the same as much as I can as the theory is it lowers testosterone.

93% of soy is genetically modified (read contains toxic and carcinogenic glyphosate)
It’s almost impossible to avoid because it’s used everywhere (as hydrogenated oils, lecithin, emulsifiers and proteins)
It also contains phytoestrogens f~~~ing up your glandular metabolism and sexual expression

Could someone recommend me a protein supplement free of soy, gmo and heavy metals, that wasn’t processed thermally (proteins aren’t tangled)? I’m looking into building up my muscles, but most proteins are either full of junk or cost a pretty penny. Appreciate your advice

BEANS, Peanuts, and believe it or not wild game–deer is filled with protein and no chemicals; and if you can afford it Gator tail is also very high in protein, no fats etc.

This is from a very pro-soy article and even they had to admit that estrogen like steroid hormones occur in soy and are known to cause feminization. Even gynocomastia (breasts in men).

Extreme case studies aside, soy intake appears to be safe at normal to moderately high levels, even those above the relatively high consumption level of Asian men. Problems only seem to arise when soy is consumed at levels 9 – 10 times the norm for several months at a time.

They talk about how the diet of men that had problems were high in soy however, if soy is in all you eat, then with an average processed American diet you could be exposed to a lot of soy.

“Go away Monsanto, I do not like green eggs and ham”

There is big money in the soy industry and an evil force behind it. The soy industry feeds the health care and pharmicudical industries by slowly poisining people with carcinogens to give people cancer. Why find a cure for cancer when you can make so much money on the creation of cancer paitents? Cancer is a money making machine for many big high dollar industries. People are already being processed and most are unawae of it, the question is how much longer untill the little green crackers hit the shelves?

This is true for diabetes as well. Do you suppose its a coincidence that nearly half the population is now diabetic or borderline? And get this the newest drug on the market, INVOKANA actually works and it took forever to get my insurance to pay for it—even with insurance 30 day supply = $500.

There is no coincidence behind that at all. I only see deliberate action behind it.

Since this is a subject that I’ve been very interested in for some time, I’ll play a little devil’s advocate for sake of conversation.

Here is a vegan body builder who I know, from interviews, drinks a lot of soy protein drinks. Dude is f~~~ing jacked!

    Soy is s~~~, just that.
Soy oil is pure poison, avoid that, avoid anything that was fried on that.

I’ve heard from several guys, coaches, nutritionists, amateur and pro bodybuilders the same thing. I never read anything serious about the topic, but I trust those people. As when you see several pros saying that beef is their favourite source of protein, I never see any study about that, but obviously those guys say that for a reason.
