    High estrogen is terrible for men who want to stay men and act like men.

    Men at their peak are at their highest testosterone levels. As you age testosterone drops, you want to do everything you can to keep it high so your ratio of testosterone to estrogen is high. That means avoiding most soy as its processed. There are certain ways soy can be okay, but the plant burger route isn’t one of them.

    Women want everything, but want responsibility and accountability for nothing.

    Soy is utter garbage for any man – avoid like you would a fat single mom with a drug addiction.

    That being said, don’t through out the baby with the bath water. There are a lot of independent vegan/vegetarian restaurants out there that make plant burgers that are both incredibly delicious and super healthy, just be sure to carefully check out the menu and ask questions about the ingredients first.

    All the meat haters are weird. Mankind has been spearing meat and eating it for eons. I aint about to ruin that streak. Also, I have seen many malnourished Vegans and Vegetarians, and one chick even admitted to me that her trying to go Vegan messed up her digestive system permanently.

    Our bodies are supposed to eat vegetables/fruit and MEAT (cooked or not). Grains and bread are manmade luxury that hurts the body. Soy is no better than corn, and corn is an AWFUL FVCKING POISON for you body. Corn chips, popcorn, corn syrup… its all poison.

    If you want to feel good and look great, eat as many meats and fruits and vegetables as you can stand. Only eat candy and bread and chips AFTER you eat real food.

    JUST MY OPINION. I eat bad things too, but I also run several miles and EARN that trash. I will never eat fake meat. wtf

    I know a dude who eats nothing but Salad Bars, all you can eat type places where you pay $8 and have at it like a pig trough. Boiled eggs and bacon bits, and veggies and leafy greens. He loves it. Im not that hardcore, I fancy a little bread here and there. I LIKE MEAT too.

    Our bodies crave meat, not just for the protein, but our system is designed to handle meat and deal with it. When you put unusual sources of protein in there, its not good imho.

    From what I understand, these “fake burgers” have toxic levels of estrogen. This is not just bad for men, but also women, and everyone in general.

    I look forward to watching the lawsuits on this. Such lawsuits will slow down the elitist anti-meat crowd that believe only the elite should be able to eat meat.

    Thanks to OP for posting this. I was skeptical at first, but spent a couple hours reading both arguments about soy. Now those soy breakfast burritos in my freezer are going in trash.

    Also, this Men’s Health article about a man growing breasts (among other problems) because of soy milk should be warning to all men. Note that his case was documented in a medical journal.

    Large doses of SOY has been known to be CRAP for Men for as long as I can remember, but this “burger” has NOTHING to do about Men’s Health; It’s all about marketing to the righteous vegetarian SJW regardless of their sex.

    Your average Male Vegetarian SJW is probably already consuming copious amounts of soy in his daily diet, and his estrogen level is already through the roof so the occasional trip to BK isn’t really going to shake that up.

    Let’s see, a MALE vegetarian SJW that’s also more than likely a VERY Liberal Feminist……How could he not have High Estrogen?

    soy is okay in SMALL levels. There is no reason to craft it into a Meat substitute. Some people dont believe in our hominid origins so I hesitate to bring it up, but we have been eating meat since before we were even human. Our ancestor hominid group Homo Ergaster (homo erectus) was the first meat eating hominid 2.5 million years ago! We have literally EVOLVED into a meat eating animal, which our brains and digestive systems DEPEND ON. You are doing unnatural stuff by not eating meat, period. Not saying its wrong to get protein another way, its just that your body was not evolved to do that.

    MY TAKE on all this.

    Humans are designed to eat and digest other animals as well as other food groups. This is just a FACT.

    This being said, if people CHOOSE not to consume meat, but utilize dairy and/or fish as a complete protein source then I believe this can be a healthy diet. (Assuming one doesn’t over use things like processed soy.) Personally, I don’t consider a VEGAN diet as a healthy diet for most humans, but some seem to thrive on it.

    WHATEVER people choose to eat, and for WHATEVER reason(s) they choose to eat it; there is just no reason/justification/etc. to turn ones diet into some social cause where you have to tell everyone about how much BETTER you are because you do or don’t eat something.

    Just ANOTHER reason to walk away from this Fu(ked up matrix….THIS is a great example of a 1st world problem!!

    This new push for veganism – because that’s what it is – is part of a greater agenda. Yes, it helps to reduce male fertility (down 40% in the West, according to the latest research), but that’s not all.

    Here in the UK, the vegan propaganda in the mass media is relentless.

    They are planning for a major European war and trying to switch to a war economy. This is also why they are now pushing fracking so hard.

    The best health I have ever been in my life is when I did this. Its works Its simple and great on the GO.

    CARL’S JUNIOR BURGERS. Skip the Bun, have them wrap it in Lettuce. Get some Napkins, sit down, Eat your Burger, drink the Ice Tea, LOTS of LEMONS, and Stevia. SKIP the FRENCH FRIES! Just cut them out. Or GET the SMALL SMALL ONES! Make sure they ARE HOT!

    Skip the Mayonnaise. Use Mustard, or Grey Poupon. Bring it with you.

    Make sure to check the COndiments. That Fry Sauce may be loaded with soy.

    Those of you that can stand sushi? Good for you. THe Natural MSG of the Seaweed makes it taste great.

    Seaweed snacks are good too! I like the spicy ones. Much better for you than Freedom Fries.

    IKEA and their Meatb~~~~. Not sure about the Vegie ones they have. But they always have good meat dishes. And the cost is easy on the wallet.

    EAT THE DAMN EGGS! Load it up with Cheese, and Real bacon Bits. I like Gravy on my eggs. Sue me.. Also, get the MEAT Sausage Patty. Or the TUrkey Sausage Patty.

    DO NOT USE POWDERED CREAMER! Use the REAL STUFF! Half and Half FTW.

    Also, some stores carry milk in the glass bottle. It does not last for a month. It spoils. That’s how you know its the GOOD STUFF. So buy the small stuff and drink it or use it in your TEA or Coffee.

    You do this? You will lose weight like I lose my keys.

    Almost ALL packaged and can crap makes you Ill man. I still love Beef stew. But if you are going to eat that? Your going to get the RUns man. Its packed with Soy crap.

    And cut out the Diet Soda. If you have to drink it, Load it up with ice. Try Mineral Water. Use Stevia to sweeten it.

    Get them Multivitamins and make sure you EAT SOME ZINC MAN! Lots of Turmeric powder.

    When you do your salads? ALmost all the dressing are LOADED WITH SOY CRAP! New Seasons and Whole foods does not do this as far as I know. Also, Balsamic vinegar. Load up all the nuts, and seeds and SMASH every Leafy green you can. It also makes it lighter if you pay by the pound. Most of the vinaigrettes are at the Table, so you can save a few if you do this. Same with Olive oil.

    If you like Boiled eggs? Go buy them at the COld area, and put them on your salad after you pay for the salad bar stuff. Will save you a ton of money.

    I like Clam Chowder and TUrkey Chili/ Chili. So sometimes, I just put that on my salad.

    Stay away from Minestrone’and pasta based soups.

    Info wars actually carries some REALLY good stuff. WOrth a buy if you are just starting out.

    AND TAKE CARE OF YOUR DAMN FEET! And Hands!

    ALso, that crap stuff you put on your body? STOP USING CRAP ON YOUR BODY! Its not expensive to get the good stuff!

    Real world review to their stuff.

    Pro tip about scents. SPray the clothes and not your skin.

    Watch out for many of the Hand Sanitizers that are not based on Alcohol. That s~~~ is TOXIC!

    Throw away ANY of that PLASTIC S~~~ you use for food around your hose. USE GLASS Pyrex.

    Use ONLY USA MADE COOKWARE. Cast Iron is your best bet bet most of the time. On the cheap? Ikea works.

    Get an Air Purifier for your home. Trust me on this. Or vacuum a lot. I prefer to use Bags. and put some Silkolene on the the Foam FIlters. Its not just good for Motorcycles. I keep and Ionic Breeze style ionizer in the bathroom. Mold never happens.

    The stuff you was your dishes and clothes with is the next thing. be careful there. Most of that crap is Chock full of stuff you don’t want to breath or have on your skin.

    If you work outside? try to switch to Propane powered items or natural gas. I mow a LARGE lawn, so I’m stuck with what I got. Just use a Respirator if you do it for LONG periods. I always wear a mask or respirator when I use my blower. Keeping the carbs tuned and the Plugs gapped right will also ensure you get the cleanest burn.

    If you are going to drink water from the TAP? Trust me on this. Get a Water filter. Something that takes out Heavy metals and Fluoride.

    Next.

    JAPANESE TOOTHPASTE!

    If you do this stuff? You are going to live a LONG healthy life. ANd if you work out like Gravel Pit? You are going to be in DAMN good shape.

    Also, those VEGETABLES? MAKE SURE YOU WASH THEM! Many of them have Pesticides on them. WASH THEM!

    Wherever you can? GROW YOUR OWN STUFF MAN!

    One thing to note. STAY THE F~~~ AWAY FROM AMALGAM! Thats that s~~~ they put in your mouth. IT DOES F~~~ WITH YOUR HEAD! And Body. JUST DON”T!

    To be fair, i think fermented soy, like in kimchee or stuff like that, is a safe/safer form of it. but personally i have never felt any urge or desire to eat soy products.

    If you look at all the soy products the Japanese eat, and compare it to the American or Western diet, you’ll see they are consuming huge amounts of phytoestrogen as part of their diets. The isoflavones contained in these products are beneficial to your health.

    Japanese women live about 7 years longer than in the US, and Japanese men about four years longer than the US average. Portion sizes and other factors do play into this. But when Japanese immigrate and adopt American diets, their health suffers–it is not just genetics.

    Soy intake does not itself reduce testosterone levels. However, vegans typically DO have much lower testosterone levels, because it is very difficult to get all the nutrients your body needs on a vegan diet.

    The chemicals formed when you fry foods, and the additives in the non-meat burgers, such as preservatives, are likely of much greater health concern, than the soy.

    Does the development of small breasts, loss of libido and mood swings sound like “evidence only of some breast tenderness”? (As described in Men’s Health and medical journal articles).

    And the fact you mention there are “some” side effects for “select” men is enough for me to avoid being one of these select men.

    What is interesting about soy studies: There seems to be formal studies that either minimize side effects of soy or highlight the troubling effects, particularly for men.

    For me there is anecdotal evidence which makes me think there is more to the negative. I have been eating soy breakfast burritos for three years because of their convenience and high protein content. Exactly during same period I have developed some fat around my breasts that I attributed to my age. But recently I have dropped nearly 15 pounds and I notice this “fat” simply won’t go away like on the rest of my body.

    Too many alternatives to soy for me to even chance it.
