Time to throwout the costco chewable C

Thanks for the info! I usually just stick to regular brown sugar (I usually go organic since I do have sugar cane in my home) and making your own stuff with it as with all things it’s ok if taken in moderation.

I have done much research on nutrition. I have found nothing but bad about the effects of artificial sweeteners on health. For one example, aspartame (Nutri-Sweet) breaks down into methyl alcohol at temperatures typical of a loading dock in the summer. (Methyl alcohol is a nasty poison causing blindness, paralysis, death depending on dose and victim’s health.)

If you must use sweeteners — I don’t and neither should you IMHO — then use real sugar, honey, or stevia. Avoid corn syrup sweeteners and artificial anything.

All vitamins are poison with the exception with Vitamin D which isn’t really a vitamin.

Synthetic vitamins, like the ascorbic acid you find in the vitamin section of the grocery store, aren’t vitamins, anyway.

Sorry, what I should’ve said was that in addition to C, they added Sorbitol  in the Costco Vitamin C. I’d grabbed the bottle too quickly, as I never buy chewable vitamins.
