Sometimes it feels easier, in the rage phase, to scream f~~~ you than to say no. In this stage today… Saw something I didn’t like, mentioned it and got a f~~~ you s~~~ test, and rather than walk away or say no, I said f~~~ you I don’t f~~~ing care…

Which will turn into another s~~~ test.
