Someone here stealing my thoughts and links. I am not going to name names public however I find it distasteful to simply use it with little to no effort. I had to put time and reading to find which I thought was relevant to this site. It’s not about an ego problem but a person outright stealing s~~~. It’s the same thing on twitter you it’s common courtesy to retweet than to tweet as your own. In the future I will have some ideas but I will no longer share them, I will just keep them for myself. I’m not going to put all the time and effort and have someone steal as their own. I thought MGTOW men were better than this. I am glad it happened this soon so I don’t have to put up with this s~~~ later on.

I have always thought how to improve this site and this is what I get back from the community. I won’t be providing anything useful any longer nothing with links I find or useful thoughts. I will reply to posts but that will be it. Something I did entirely out of heart and soul and this the pay back I get. I don’t care about getting credit for things it’s just that I spend time on things and someone easily use it as their own.

I personally would welcome it if someone thought enough about my words to paste them somewhere else. It is getting the ideas elsewhere that matter. If I wrote a paragraph that was so potent that it went viral, why would it matter who wrote it?

Totally agree.  The only exception would be if someone took someone’s direct quotes and used them in a profit venture (such as a Book or Pay site).

Canuck, it’s understood that when you bring something or post it, it’s for EVERYONE. The idea is to get it out there. Links are public already, so if you bring a link and someone creates a tweet from it how is that a problem? OakTree brought an important counter video to the “street harassment” subject, and the first thing we did after thanking him was tweet it right into the face of a dozen feminists.

That’s the entire purpose of the forum, not only to shed light to visitors here, but on a much grander scale OUT THERE – however it is executed.

As an example, I wrote a core concept (and specific articulation) about dealing with female “rejection”, and I saw it copied onto some PUA blog. GREAT! If one less 21 year old kid picks up a gun and shoots someone (or himself!) because some bitch rejected him in high school, that little “idea” may have saved a LIFE!

You can’t copyright an “idea”. Only the EXPRESSION of the idea.

• Our “Happily Ever After” trailer was inspired by one little 9Gag photoshop image.

… and we made full blown cinematic trailers out of them which took 3.5 weeks to produce at enormous expense – complete with orchestral score.

Everyone is contributing here and I have thanked you a dozen time for bringing relevant material. MGTOW.com should be regarded as a spring board. It’s a “hub”. It’s a place where everyone gathers resources, thoughts, recordings, videos produced by others, articles and takes them one step further. Hopefully into the heads and hearts of other men. And it works! How many introductions have you read from guys arriving here, saying how grateful they are, and talking about how been MGTOW for years… but never even knew there was such a thing. Or that it had a name – or it’s own website with 3100 members.

Maybe they saw our trailer on youtube.
Maybe they read a forum post and one of your links.
Maybe one little Disqus comment.

It’s a GOOD thing. And ONLY a good thing.

It’s a huge compliment to you to know your ONE link, thought, idea, effort etc. is making a difference in someone’s life.

Please reconsider. MGTOW only have best intentions and we will not divide each other. Our mission is to bring men together so that we can help each other out for a change. It’s long overdue. Probably by thousands of years, but certainly in the last century.

I would hate to think our contributions and efforts are ONLY for the guys here. They are not.
It would be a “dead end” to just leave it here with no intention to circulate.

Glad this issue has been addressed. I dare no I challenge someone to steel my thoughts. I always believed willfulness as defined in law was an arrogant charge.  defined in bishop vs US as  “an evil motive or intent to avoid a known duty or task under the law with a moral certainty.  To prove my motives or intentions would be mind reading.

I was bound to be misunderstood, and I laugh at those who misunderstand me. Kind mockery at the well intentioned, but unfettered cruelty towards those would be prison guards of my creative possibilities. This so as to learn as much from misunderstanding as from understanding. Taking pleasure in worthy opponents and making language fluid and flowing like a river yet pointed and precise as a dagger. Contradicts the socialistic purpose of language and makes for a wonderful linguistic dance, A verbal martial art with constant parries that hone the weapon that is the two edged sword of my mouth.
