    I have spent some of my time in other MGTOW communities i.e. the MGTOW sub-reddit and MGTOW channels on YouTube and from time to time I notice some gold-standard comments that I believe deserve more attention.

  • From the “Is Going Your Own Way Technically Evil?” thread, in it, the Original Poster believes that MGTOW has some ‘moral duty’ to not just “run away” but fight the system, here are some of the best responses.

    They’re trying to pull people like you back into the fold and get your fighting for some stupid cause or another.

    They are afraid that we will walk away from their stupid game and without any players the chess board is no fun to conquer.

    “Good” and “Evil” has many shapes and sizes and origins. Men have fought to maintain and further expand for generations, and we’re at a point of living comfort that we basicly do not adhere to the tribulations of common evolution. Yet we are still to experience strife and suffering, for what?

    Imagine this, if you were hounded by a state, organization, army or whatever, that doesn’t tell you exactly why it treats you the way it does, yet every time you cease running from it, all you are met with is contempt, beatings and shaming language, wouldn’t you try to distance and run away as far as possible?

    Is self preservation evil? Aren’t the organized state/army/organisation/whatever evil by forcing you to do things you don’t want to do, and they refuse to explain why?

    It’s easy to demand that things remain status quo when it’s not directly you in this moment that is getting thrown into the meat-grinder.

    So you tell us to rise up and seek confrontation, what if this is what they’ve wanted all along? Men to be aggressors so they have an excuse to put even bigger and heavier shackles onto us, ever considered that?

    Men do overwhelmingly majority-wise, the most dangerous and important jobs, we suffer the most deaths related to work and lifestyle, we pay the most taxes and we have the most expensive and labour-intensive expectations.

    The most hurting thing we can do as a “rise up” manouver is to not participate at all. Refusing to show up at those meatgrinders, refusing to pay into expensive expectations. The money-purse of whomever are the oppressors will run dry, and that is the strictest language they’ll understand. Business will fall, the welfare state will go bankrupt, society will grind to a halt. Then they’ll listen to each and every man.

    We’re(MGTOW) not a movement, we’re not a private army, we have no leader. We’re a philosophy of averagely like-minded individuals whom want some peace and quiet enough moments to enjoy life, and if that asking-price is too high for society, then it’s a ballpark we want no play in.

    You’d be surprised how much silence, indifference and disengagement can hurt or shape the world.

    Marriage: About as appealing as wood-chipper diving.

This why far more women than men have heard of MGTOW.
The idea of men walking off the plantation terrifies them, and rightly so.

For over a hundred years the coal miners of Britain pleaded and begged and tried to bargain with the filthy rich owners of the mines to give a livable wage, to get better working conditions. Nothing worked. EVER!

It wasn’t until they got organized and walked off the job that change started happening. No other tactic worked.

We’re walking off a job we now realize we didn’t need in the first place. No amount of benefits will get me walking back on the job.
No amount of taxes or penalties will get me to walk back either.
As Pistol Pete said in a previous thread, once you learn there’s no santa claus, there’s no un-learning it. You’ll get no xmas spirit in a life with a mary claus c~~~.

Nice comments indeed.

Bring me back to a part of my past when I had a thing for anarchistic thought (the government-toppling kind). I then decided that egoist anarchism was much better, seeking peace and quiet for one’s self, no master, no boss, etc.

Anyway, I don’t talk about that much. Probably better.

Stop showing up to weddings and paying for expensive gifts.

Its her day anyway. I cant celebrate the future divorce rape of another guy anymore.

Women want everything, but want responsibility and accountability for nothing.

I absolutely agree, and recently applied this by turning down a wedding invitation. I would feel like a hypocrite if I attended a wedding. In fact, I view it in reverse of the norm: Weddings are sad occasions, similar to suicides or funerals, and divorces are cause for celebration.
