Solo on sun sand n surf ..and lessons learned

Seems Ive been gone a long time..just livin’ up to my name ..heh.

So Ive been hanging out near the beeches ; oh and also near a bunch of beaches.

This tropical isle has sun n sand near and far. Recently I took up the challenge of a rather remote but beautiful crescent playa.

For hours I just rocked in my hammock under the shade of palms and the gentle cooling breeze off the ocean. Occasionally I would pile into the paradoxically refreshing but warm waters .

Small islands at my back ; the curve of the sands from far left to far right with hardly a sole upon them. In the background the artistically designed rising tropical cloud banks always present.

Back in the hammock a sprinkling of droplets of warm rain fell on my face and body ..soothing. Gradually the intensity increased yet had no compulsion to leave. A natural shower removing the salts and cleaning before time to head back.

Usually the afteroon shower gives way to sun again. This time it didnt and the heavens poured and poured. A good hour and a half into it I realized there was no choice..darkness would soon be descending.

At the tiny on site bar I ordered a double shot of the local whisky and insisted the barkeep gove my a viking burial if my body was found by locals. ” Dont forget the flaming arrows !” I insisted to his amused grin.

Sloshing my way through the deluge ,I made my way to my chosen instrument of transport. A modern 175cc Yamaha enduro dirt bike was my ticket out. Lots of grunt for the many steep dirt hills and knobby tires essential for rapidly disappearing grip in this mini monsoon.

Fired it up and began blasting up and slowly weaving down the inclines and declines of the trickiest first few kilometres.

Descending the longest steepest hill the knobby fought to keep traction. The front tire drifted off the the wet rounded slippery clay surfaces .. and hunted for grip as it slipped into the vertical wash out ravines.

Finally, all contact was lost and the front end slid out and I fell tumbling fown the rocky hill over the bike released.

Ay the whisky proved its worth as
a pain killer intended. Multiple cuts bangs and shreddings .. but f~~~ it lets get back up and roll dammit!

P~~~ed I now gunned it harder and raced out to the highway and slogged through the
torrent back to base. Most bikes and scooters had pulled over waiting for pause. Feeling no pain I plowed on home.

Part 3 …and the Lessons learned ..to come

I had recently broken up with yet another girlfriend.

Yes , foreign.

I had clearly stipulated the boundaries and rules of this relations~~~. Yet, it was to no avail.

Ruin everything , burn it to the f~~~ing ground .. for what? Trying to deceive me .. even her gf admitted the truth about her. No naah I would never have a clue about womens behaviour after decades and MGTOW understanding. So her future is is in tatters and nothing left to salvage.

Theres just no point , unless ( even if ? ) you are there always , to giving chics leeway. Doesnt matter where. I dont know that I even want any long term relations~~~ anymore.

Lessons learned : you can have a fine time for a limited time ..then the rains come .. they always come . Do you have a way back ” home” ? Then inevitably, despite your best efforts to steer clear , the crash comes.

In the future I will just make time limited arrangements. A companion for a while . Bonus ,variety. Bonus, limited obligation.
Bonus , my terms.

Sit and weep ? Or pick yourself up and roll forward..

All Women are kind of like used sports cars that are also former rental cars. Many have had several drivers over the years, and even a couple few Men that took ownership for varying periods of time. It may still look good and perform well, but looks are deceiving because it has been driven hard on a regular basis.

Do you really want a long term lease, or even to contemplate the idea of Ownership of a Used car that has not only had previous owners, but also many “other” rental drivers over the years ??

By all means, rent it for an hour, a day, weekend, or whatever, put the top down, put it through it’s paces, and promptly return it when the thrill is over.

You can always take it out again, but you don’t need the expense and hassle of it hanging around the house and your neck.
