Hi everyone. My name is Guilherme (It’s the portuguese form of William since we were colonized by Portugal and our language is a mix of it’s language and that of the native tribes that lived here) and I am a 21 years old brazilian man that have been fighting to follow my own road for a long time.
I heard about you guys at facebook and then I recognized that I have been following principles that are very similar to those proposed by MGTOW’s philosophy and I look forward to interact with fellow survivors of this apocalyptic world we live at.
Please call me Gui for short and forgive grammar mistakes because while I’m always trying to improve my english it still is far from perfect. I will try to keep my story short to prevent it from being boring.
Since I was a kid I started noticing that people had hidden agendas. That what they said was far different from how they acted. Women were the ones that surprised me the most with their hypocrisy. There was a time when I even believed they were oppressed by society but that was before I realized how they really abuse the unfairness of society. They request to be liked by what they are and not by what they look but I have never seen any woman that requested such things giving chances to someone that wasn’t useful to them in some way. Also whenever someone suggests true equality by establishing that men and women should have the same rights and obligations they always fight that person to defend the unfair aspects of society that offer advantages to women. To keep it simple women don’t care if something it unfair as long as it isn’t unfair to them.
Not to mention they lie a lot. There was a time a girl in a party told me she was single and used me to cheat on her boyfriend. When I found out I was really p~~~ed because I never do to people something I wouldn’t like if someone did to me.
I have been with some girls in parties but I don’t plan to get a girlfriend any time soon. I find it’s way better to focus on studying and improving my life. I never really understood why people act like they are obliged to f~~~ eachother as much as possible. Brazil is one of these places where people have the mindset that if you don’t score as much as possible than you are wasting your life. I think sex is good and an all but people act like animals and that something I will never understand.

Hey Gui & welcome. You are in good company with how you see the world – a lot of us have had similar experiences. At first it’s unfortunate, but then you come to the realization that building a better life for yourself is the best investment you can possibly make. I wish i had realized that when i was 21 years old. You have a great head-start in life.

And be proud of your English – it’s very clean, and i understand everything you wrote. It’s *way* better than my Portuguese, which i’ll test out in the Marvelous City next week.

    Greetings from NYC & welcome!

    Gui welcome brother

It’s nice to have another man among our ranks.

One who understands women need not reflect inside to become a better man so he can be loved. He was born to be loved. But he chose to not give a f~~~.

Thank you very much. Also be really careful in Rio and have fun. It’s a very beautiful place but it’s also very dangerous. Try not to wander alone in isolate places and be aware if you are at beach and the crowd becomes agitated as that is a signal that bandits are coming.

    Welcome home bro.

    Thank you brother!

Thank you. Those are wise words. I try my best to become better for myself and to keep true to myself.

isn’t it amazing how weemins pretend to want to be equal all the while doing everything to have ALL the advantages to the detriment of men?
Isn’t their hypocrisy so obvious though, even to a child?

    Welcome Gui!
You are among brothers here. You will add a fresh perspective to those of us in North America. Frequently, we here think South America is a perfect utopia. This is obviously not the case. All men face the same challenges and hurdles on an international level. Invest in yourself! Learn an additional language, a viable trade, your education, and most importantly yourself overall. Thank you for joining our ranks. MGTOW!

Bem-vindo a tua nova casa, irmão! Muito bom ver outro brasileiro aqui, e militar ainda por cima! (In english: Welcome to your new home, brother! Nice to see another brazilian in here, and military by the way!).

GUI, brother, if you pay close attention to our brothers here, you will see that pretty much anywhere is as f~~~ed up as Brazil is. Our current government indeed help the status quo to be even more f~~~ed up, not only for men, but for everyone. You, as a fellow military and brazilian know what I am talking about, but, you have already saw that brazilian women lives are “fairly easy” compared to brazilian men lives. The meat grinder here IS real, and sometimes more aggressive than the one in North America or in Europe.

If I have an advice for a fellow brazilian brother-in-arms, is GET THE F~~~ OUT OF HERE, ASAP! Save some money, find another country who is amore fair than our in economic questions and don’t look back. Our economy is about to suffer a heavy blow and you know what I am talking about. Things will get even harder when this year ends. That is exactly what I am diong, I saved (and I am still saving) some money to move to one of the nordic countries, to avoid the biggest economic fail that Brazil has never saw in the next 5 or so years.

Anyway, I am glad you made it, mate! I am looking forward to read your posts and/or your comments in the forums.

    Welcome to MGTOW.

    Welcome to MGTOW.

Desculpe a confusão. Obrigado pelo apoio e boa sorte com seu plano de sair do Brasil. Eu planejo sair daqui quando puder também por que nós dois sabemos o que país vai se tornar a longo prazo.
In English: Thank you brother. But I have to clarify something hahaha I am not in military ( I wanted to but when I was called to enlist they were with excess contigent and after that I decided to study to follow a carrer in medicine and I am still studying for that). When I said I was a soldier it was in the meaning that MGTOW feels like an army fighting in order to keep it’s freedom. Sorry for the confusion. Thanks for the support and good luck with your plan to leave Brazil. I too plan to leave this place when I can because both of us know what the country will become long-term.
