Sold my house to a woman

So this monday i handed over the keys, shes been a total bitch since she signed the contract. This woman is in her mid 50’s mother of 3 and single.
She has been rude from the start, complaining about the house and pointing out s~~~ that she thinks is wrong. I have kept my silence since she outbid the others and i dont want any problems.

So anyway when we met at the bank and i got my money and she got the keys she started to repeat all the questions we have been through over and over again:

– How does this work?
– Where is the thing that shows how much water you spend

etc etc etc… A never ending story. So i went with her to the house and showed her all the s~~~ again like a true white knight. Thought id be done with her.
Couple of hours later she called me, i  didnt answer so she started texting me s~~~ about how to open the windows and that i should come and help her.
Demanding it…..

I wrote one reply and then i blocked her number. I understand now that i handled this wrong from the start, i should not have helped her at all. So stupid! When you give them the finger they take the hand.

After posession, that’s it, she can eat a dick and figure it out herself, you’re under no obligation to do anything else.  Tell her to contact your agent if she needs something.
