Social Justice is now present within Career Centers and hiring

Diversity and Social Justice, Career Centers are now focusing on being advocates in ensuring that diversity is honored and social justice issues are promoted during the job search process.

What could this mean for applicants who define themselves in another manner, they “may” not be encouraged to prepare themselves properly for advancement opportunities as they “do not exhibit” the correct behavior. Or they may be directed into traditional jobs based upon gender and social status.

While Career Centers tend to focus on people who are transitioning from education into the job market, the job applicants who are “assisted” by Career Centers will carry these “correct” behavioral “norms” with them and implant them upon those who work for them.

Career Centers are going to begin shifting from being a service center (helping applicants obtain employment) to being a location that provided new employees to those agencies which have previously hired employees thru the Career Center.

This will ensure that differing views and opinions will be weeded out and the evolution of social/work behaviors and traits will be increased geometrically.

I call it being institutionalized. The SJW s~~~ is a virus in my industry. I am required to volunteer for non profit organizations due to federal law. They wanted me to start with women’s shelters. NOPE.

If SJWs take control over job search, then the politically incorrect people need to create their own ways to hire each other…

We just locker-room talked yesterday in the lab, as usual, about some fun topics like making gravity disappear in the lab and then there would be also big mess on the ceiling, but how fun would be to have sex in zero gravity, and that there are some hotties at the company … Also some talk about having fun with motorbikes… Usual bulls~~~ that crazy scientists talk about, when no one is watching.

This can be a scary trend. Having the SJWs make free thinking people jobless is about as low as discrimination can get.

Agreed Faust. As the job migration continues to be towards population centers and or communication routes (Highways, Internet service centers, etc), this will only be enforced as all aspects of employment are being shaped towards a defined standard.
