I want to live and work around the big apple (probably some where in northern Jersey). As for work i do not know what i am gonna do whether it be selling car insurance, becoming a telemarketer, conning old ladies out of their money becoming a preacher who claims divinity, being a radio host, rock star and or a stand up comic. However i will base most of my life in the tri state area.

And for one of my goals in life i want to possibly build a house somewhere in a secluded area (like the woods) that i can spend a couple of winters in. Doing stuff like hunting animals, possibly fishing and more but this would not be a main activity of mine in life. I would only spend one out of every ten winters (or once a decade) in the house and possibly spend 3 to 5 winters somewhere whether it be Alaska or Maine but deep down i am still a city person and i do not know how much i could actually take of it.

Since iv’e always lived 65 miles from a major city or less and i am used to and fond of large crowds of people also i do not want to be potentially buried somewhere in Alaska that is why id never leave my state for good and instead enjoying the woods in small increments.

Anyway what are your goals and aspirations in life? even if you are a old man you still must have something like wanting to live in the philippines or wanting a solitary life of seclusion and peace.

Build a home base in the desert and roam the country and the World on a whim.

When I’m at the homebase I’ll refine the systems for efficiency and sustainability. When I’m on the road it’ll be to savor the sights, foods, and beer with the idea that I need to take it all in the first time because there is TOO much planet to spend time revisiting unless a place is outstanding.

I failed to realize in my youth that I was the prize. I was going to work. I was going to earn. Little did I realize that due to feminism, that no longer meant I had to share. Road soon, Desert after.

Enjoy life, continue gardening, keep stargazing. Oh and keep MGHOW.

My goals and aspirations – make money till 54. Fight the occasional pussy urge. F~~~ the occasional pussy. Get snipped. Keep learning. More detachment from the world-happenings. More self-focused. Less other-focused. Stay in touch (if not on top) of technology (trends, gadgets, etc).

Get a RV and hit the road at 55. Live cheap. Camp. Become more social and interact with strangers. Master small talk. Back on the road. Reflect on people/their stories/lives. Learn to love women for what they are – Stealthy® inspired. New city. New folks. Have some form of online blog that would survive even after I am dead. For a man to take inspiration from (wishful thinking).

When get bored of the road, buy a decent sized boat and live on the ocean. Immerse myself in the ‘sea-community’ or whatever its called.

I love solitude/being alone. I am my own best friend. At time my own worst enemy.

The world is growing to chaotic for me. Long stretches of highways are so far time-tested and proven ways to make me genuinely happy. Should have been a trucker. Audiobooks and empty roads.

The smell of diesel on morning asphalt road before first sunrays, somewhere in the middle of nowhere and complete freedom to do whatever one wants to do. Yeah, love this.

My goal simply put is to walk the road that will give me most long term freedom.

    1. See my youngest graduate high school
    2. Get divorced
    3. Get my own place
    4. Live

I’m so focused on 1-3, that I will let 4 unwrap itself as time goes on.

Peace and harmony in my home. I have said for years now that I would rather live in a cave on the top of a mountain than with a contentious woman in a palace.

My short term goal is to learn to bow the 16th notes in a classical piece of music I am learning on cello.

Long range goal is to add a third property to the two I own outright now. A multi unit rental, then rent both of the others and camp my way across the country.

I can clearly see that either ex-wife or any of all the gf’s I have had would have quickly eliminated those goals as being useless to her immediate needs and wants. I would never have been able to slowly accumulate the cash to get the rental property. As it is, I want to pay cash for it and I am on a 5 year plan to do so.

The older I get the more my desires shifted from wanting progress and achievement to wanting a comfortable life style. Reduced debt, reduced maintenance, less stress. Visit a few far away places. I don’t need to improve myself, but I do anyway as I enjoy change and learning.

My goal is to get out of New Jersey. I try to get into NYC (by train) at least once a month to escape this suburban hell and renew myself. Proximity to NYC is all norther NJ really has going for it. Not trying to burst OP’s bubble, just letting him know my take on it. I would recommend NE Pa, (the Poconos), less people, beautiful scenery a somewhat less hurried lifestyle, and you’re still only an hour from NYC.
I myself would prefer Tennessee or Kentucky, somewhere where life is a little less expensive, and a little less phony. I would also like more time to devote to art and reading, so I would like to work less, and that means cutting down my debt. That’s pretty much it. I’m not demanding
    I will only miss NYC.

    My goals are:

Make money, run an online business doing what I enjoy doing.

Save up my money so I can buy a nice suburban home (straight out) where I can build my man cave of my dreams. That man cave house would have: arcade games, pinball games, neon lights, a Coors Light theme bar, a dartboard, pool table with an overhead light, iPod jukebox, air hockey table, bubble hockey, snack/soda vending machines, Coors Light mirror, sports jerseys glass framed on the walls, Man Cave signs. The walls would have brick web, the ceiling would have recess lighting. The backyard would have a pool with LED lights, a hot tub inside a gazebo also with LED lights, and a fruit/veg garden on the sides. There would be stone walkways in between each backyard mark. In this man cave house, I would invite the guys over for a man’s night. In the living room, I would have a big-screen TV, a dark gray marble fireplace installed, leather recliner massage chairs, mini fridge.

So yeah I want to make good money, run my possible business, have the house man cave of my dreams and live my life independent, freedom, security, and dreams come true. Best part, no woman will be allowed in my Man House.

Off grid with electricity, I mean. Like on total solar, assuming it actually works one day. The solar could run the well pump. Or hook up water pipes from a natural spring, or river the flows downward. Or live next to a waterfall and stick a generator under it. F~~~ing government would come and destroy it though.

As long as i am at least 10 miles from a store id be fine with that for a season. The only thing id need else is indoor plumbing and electricity and all the s~~~ that comes with it.
