Had a conversation with my ex. I broke up with her because she wanted to marry another guy and keep me on the side. We did keep in touch; however I had a rather unique, contradictory request to stay away from her even though she has “moved on”. In order for me to hang out with her again, she wanted me to promise to never keep feelings for her because she was afraid of holding me back from finding someone “totally perfect”.

First, she knows there are no good women. She even admits her friends are f~~~ing feminazi wack-jobs. Not only that but before when we were just friends she never once helped me find someone to date, likely because she wanted me at the time.

Second, the only justifiable reasons for her to be afraid of this would be that either she is afraid I’d tempt her to run away with me and thus prove that she is no better than any other hypergamous t~~~ or that I’d just serve as a glaring reminder to her fiance that she is indeed a hypergamous t~~~.

What’s the point of f~~~ing lying when your lie isn’t even that good? She knows I rocked her world and I know it too.

I’m not even really sure what that means, but it seems utterly clear what her intentions are. She intends to go forward with this other guy, but she wants you to hang around as a backup plan AND as a tool to manipulate good behavior in the other guy. She needs a tool.

If you’re only in it for sex, that would be fine, accept she’s made it pretty clear that won’t be reasonably had. She sounds like a very high risk for false rape, DV, or pregnancy. Besides that, you’re messing with another mans life indirectly.

You are best to move on. You can evaluate her behavior and how she should be behaving till you’re blue in the face, but it won’t turn this s~~~ty scenario into something you can live with.
