There are tasks that can’t be outsourced, like mechanic and truck driver to name just two.

Society asks MGTOWs: Why are you not making more tax-slaves?

Near my house there’s a mining company, and I thought of that every time I pass by the entrance, when are we going to see female miners????

I mean ok there may be 1 or 2 female miners for every 100 or 200 male miners, it’s just that when I go to school at 7am on the way just leaving my house I always see 10 to 15 guys waiting for the company truck or bus, and I think “wonder if one day I’ll see a girl among those guys”

    To be successful at work:
Self control, self discipline, effort, initiative, results,
    quiet, easygoing, humble.
In short – everything that men have and women do not, but they will overcome that with ‘pick and choose’ quotas.

    i think close to the same as now;
    be early.
    be polite .
    have basic computer skills.
be the one to do some of the things others won’t.
remember..work is work..not a place to hang out and get paid.
    don’t gossip much..
try not to kill, maim or injure yourself or others .

Personally I do a delivery using own van and trailer for a huge bakery under contract. Driving a lot and paying for repairs and gas but 20% total profits for light labor and lots of driving. Something women won’t do that cuts into their social life. Just anything physical works fine for me.

Self control, discipline, and a good work ethic.

Although, that being said, if Hillary or Bernie wins, everyone can just sit around and get “free” stuff, and no one will have to work. I’ve wondered how important a college degree is in this day and age. Unless you are doing something to do with computers and IT, or in the STEM fields, I’m guessing not that much.

Feminism is a movement where opinions are presented as facts and emotions are presented as evidence.

A degree in a stem field.
Or if thats not your thing, something that requires physical effort and time, like truck driver or construction worker.

Hey, everybody will need a plumber or electrician in the future.

If someone could wish for a few skills to be successful at many different professions I would suggest the following.

    – The ability to be calm under all kinds of stressful circumstances and the ability to work under pressure.
    – And on a related note….know when to make your exit gracefully and under your own terms.

When people get stressed they lash out verbally or physically….sometimes in small ways and sometimes in large ways. Either way the people around you will hold it against you no matter what happened to you. For instance a person where I work snapped under the pressure a few days ago….sent out an email to his boss and several others that said simply ” F~~~ IT ….I’M DONE”. Threw his badge and keys at security as he spun his car out of the parking lot. Funny to hear about it in one way…..but in another way it was another example of how people lose jobs and career momentum due to pressure and stress. He had been fed up for a long time but instead of leaving before it got worse he stuck around until he popped. He had finished up a divorce a few months ago and the business I am in has really upped the stress level. Responsibility and expectations beyond reason for most. I don’t blame him at all for what he did…..I just know that the HR types will use this type of incident to help black ball him from other jobs. Word gets around between HR people.

Always try leave a job on your own terms. And don’t stay too long. Gone are the days where you work 30 years at the same job and retire. Companies turn over employees quickly and they can and WILL replace you at a moments notice (new employees earn smaller salaries usually). Keep increasing your skills and look for the next opportunity. And a big key to this is keep your debt LOW. You will feel a lot of pressure to stay in jobs too long, in the wrong field, or do things you don’t want to do just to make another car payment etc. If you don’t have all that holding you back you can be much flexible on how much money you need to make and where you want to live.

    Do a dirty job.
When was the last time you saw a female plumber unblock your disgusting rancid drains? Ever seen a female pig farmer shovelling s~~~? Ever seen a female ground worker? Construction labourer? Gardener? And I don’t mean a small-time gardener, like clipping the roses and weeding the flower bed, I mean digging ditches, cutting down trees and in general: getting your hands dirty!

Women claim equality but they are still afraid of dirty work. Are you?

In most corporate environments at least, refreshing your computer skills is a must. It’s amazing how many women don’t even know how to use computers beyond basic word/spreadsheet programs.

It also helps if you learn basic html5 and css3 skills.

I’m working towards getting a job doing something involving programming. I’m also assuming you don’t have to interact with women that much in a job like that.

Improving typing speed is also a must in a corporate environment.
