She is a politician. She is not calling for reparations for being yelled at. Listen to the video. At the end she is saying that the very nature of these debates is violence against women. She wants a stop to debates because the concept of questioning a female, any female, is sexist.

Hahahaha…epic.  I love the person in the audience that yells “You started it…you called him a racist,” and she replies “He is a racist.”  Kid…he just destroyed you.  I’ve been destroyed in debates before…you know what I did…I learned from it and either realized I was wrong, or got better prepared so the next time that topic came up I didn’t get destroyed again.

This attitude is very typical of left wing folks though.  I’ve come across more than my share of it on college campuses over the years.  They want the government to give out all kinds of “free” s~~~ because they think it will benefit them, and they think some evil rich person will have to pay for it, but when they find out they really don’t benefit, and the evil rich person footing the bill is actually the middle class(them), they don’t like it so much anymore.  Prime example for those of you in the United States, Obamacare.

Its the same for people who think a college education is a right and the government should pay for it.  The government paying for it ultimately means the tax payers.  They are too short sighted to realize even if they get theirs paid for, it comes at the expense of higher taxes, or more government debt which ultimately will lead to higher taxes in the future, and having to foot the bill for others in the future long after you could have already paid for yours and turned your focus to other financial goals.  That’s worse than just paying your share and moving on, especially for people who have already paid for theirs, or who never went to college and picked up a trade or a CDL or started a business instead.  But that’s the typical mind set of most liberals…its really not about the greater good for society…its about ME ME ME…as demonstrated by this “woman’s” expectations for ridiculous pay that caused an event to be canceled.

Its been going on in America for years.  I’ve kind of been a unique case going through college as I worked full time and paid my way through while taking classes part time, so I made the connection early on that government programs come out of my paycheck.  I was definitely in the minority with that attitude on a college campus.  Being a little older now, I find it absolutely hilarious now that my peers are out of school, working, and responsible for paying back their debts and paying taxes, a lot of them are beginning to rethink their fiscal politics.  It doesn’t take them long to realize tax and spend policies are awful when the money isn’t being spent on what you want it to be spent on.  They also seem to notice pretty fast when they have to start paying back their student loans that paying back debt sucks, and suddenly excessive deficit spending for an easy life today, even though its going to make life tomorrow worse doesn’t seem like such a great idea anymore.
