By now many of you heard that Ellen Pao lost her lawsuit against her former employer:

Here’s one reaction to it:
More women will be unfairly promoted to jobs they cannot handle, hurting businesses along the way. I bet companies will be able to measure this loss and be able to create a special accounting entry for it. LNB – Leave Nobody Behind costs.
No doubt it will be used to show how well a company is doing in their gender equality efforts. “Look, our “LNB costs are the top in the industry”. The more inefficient the company is, the better their score.
“Look, we put Joy in charge of all those men. Their productivity dropped like a stone. We can just hire a few more men out of the LNB fund to make up for it, and we still look great!”
