Fine, take a week off every month but then you’re only getting 3/4 of a man’s salary. But that would be sexist.

Equal pay for less work is not sexist. Instead of giving women less pay for less work, we’ll just reduce men’s salaries to 7/8 what they normally get so women can get bumped up from 3/4 to 7/8. Then everybody gets equal pay for unequal work so it’s fair.

If women get that then I want paid time off for a week every time my genitals leak fluid. It’s only fair.

Women shouldn’t be given anything. If she wants to negotiate menstral time in to her employment contract, she can do that. She can also chose to work for herself.

IMO, employers shouldn’t have to give employees virtually anything. Vacation time, sick time, med benefits, retirement benefits…all optional. If you don’t like the deal, don’t take it. If you don’t have any choice then work their till other options open or start your own business.

As Phoenix said, women don’t want equal opportunity, they want equal results. They want and expect equal pay for less work.
– maybe we should give them a week off in the Spring to shop for bathing suits

Women’s periods align so there is probably a good case for personal injury for work related stress caused by having to deal with PMT women.
