I’m 6’2″……. but my father was 5’3″.

In fact, I still regret it when I once joked “are you really my father?”. He was horrified and never forgot it. I was 17 and towering over him in a photo. Lightning should strike me down for that. But yeah, he was really my father. Women like my Mom ( 5’6 ) didn’t behave like this 70 years ago.

Not a lot shocks me anymore. But that did. It was miles of the same s~~~. And from women who are short themselves – who want to have a #ShortGirlAppreciationDay. We were speaking about yesterday when Dobie listed off all kinds of hateful s~~~ his EX said on her way out the door. Just leave. Just don’t date him. Just say no thanks. It’s like they are jewish Nazis roaming among us. I imagine what it would be like to say “hi hows it going? what’s your name?” and telling me to f~~~ off would actually be having more respect. For this reason – and for years after I learned this – I have been unforgiving with women who uttered a single breath about my height being awesome.
