How much crap would you put up with until you just flat out quit or walk off from a job? If for some reason I can’t land another job by end of this year I plan to quit. I don’t have any debt and has no one depending on me. I also have $20,000 in saving which is not much at all.
I think it is different for everyone. You are not ready yet or you would not ask this question. You would have already done it.
The grass ain’t always greener. Make sure you have something lined up first. Seriously jerk off too. You may feel different after.
Peace is > piece.
Had my share of s~~~ty bosses.
Only you know when enough is enough.Last boss was a great one had the best coworkers ever, but was underpaid, had s~~~load of responsibility and worked for two, been on-call 24/7 for two years.
Eventually it all started to take its tool on me and after the talk (nothing would change) i decided to resign.
I’m chilling at the moment and having a goood time.

Warrior asked Fear, “How can I defeat you?” Fear replied, “If you don’t do what I say, I have no power.”

Dude he’s not asking to propose. But I see where you going with it…..
Most bosses are s~~~ you are there to make them rich. They call it human resources for a reason you are just that a resource a number on a balance sheet. Always be looking for the next opportunity.
Working in sales makes the reality very stark and a lot harsher and you eoither sell constantly at the lvel they wnat and quickly or your out no questions askesbut it’s the same whatever your job function is.

I have no other choice but to leave. They are nip picking bs to find reason to fire me or get me to quit. My coworker is in the same position as I am and she is also looking elsewhere. Thanks
I have no other choice but to leave.
Before you do leave look critically at what your supervisor does and determine if you can do that job. If so, do what ever you have to and stay long enough to learn their job. Then you can quit and apply for a higher level of employment. Never leave a job and attempt to find a replacement doing the same job in the same market sector. You will loose seniority which means that you will loose pay and benefits.
Try to improve your employment situation each time that you reenter the employment market.

I am in Accounting. I am getting into fitness this coming November so I will be okay when I finally leave my job in the end of December. I was learning their role but recently taken off from most of our accounting system and shift half of my time to another department. Nothing I can do now. Thank you.
