I dealt with something similar this past week. I invited a chick over, and she says it was disrespectful of me, and I should have proposed a date first. She asked if I was in financial trouble for not wanting to go out. Met her off a dating site with my account created over the weekend, and I already had a chick willing to jump into my arms because she’s a single mother that screamed desperation. I say turn the table on it, if you can. Give as frankly an honest answer or reaction to it as possible, and see what the response is. Set it up so the tester either meets your criterion or walks away. It is a way to filter out bull in your life. If it is a reaction tests, you can flat out say you won’t do this or that, and call them on it. And show you don’t need it. You may actual control the situation if you put down the right boundaries.
