I’m 2nd in seniority here. .
My word is taken as true. .because I have been painfully honest over the years. .and I’m pretty good at what I do.
Some MGTOW time really helps towards having a great work day. .
How do you guys make your work days better?

Same,being a maintenance contractor I get a lot of alone time on the job,unless I need a hand,which is perfect for posting or surfing when things are slow or I’m running a test on systems.

Even funnier is the office employees leave me alone,
Eep the women seem to think that handymen are some sort of magical miricle workers,like doctors and firemen so I find they hold a certain respect for me and keep their distance.

Yes and there is no questioning my decisions either,I just sign off on the work order,hand them my invoice and
I’m off to the next job-perfect!

Get a song caught in your head, and that makes it go quicker. Keeping busy makes the day go quick. I’d rather have a busy day than a slow one because you’re trying to beat the clock and before you know it, it’s time to go home.

I started my own dough factory to make pretzels. I’m sending my very first sale to C-Pig so he can make the most delicious pretzels in his back yard pretzel factory, he needs soluble calcium and I’m sending him the only readily available source as part “B” of my 2 part system, part “A” has our secret herbs and and spices to make his pretzels the most nutritious and tasty pretzels in town!
Special thanks to C-Pig! 5 years, countless dollars, long unpaid hours, and OH S~~~! I forgot to finish the instructions for using the dough!

Sorry C-Pig, busy day, I’ll be on it first thing in the morning and hope to have it approved by the board of directors by noon, and shipped shortly thereafter!

I twisted a few today. ..
Some pretzels are tougher to twist than others. .but make no mistake, they will be properly made.
Sometimes I really love my job!!!

I find that being able to do things my way is a good way to not get braindead at work, that and being challenged in your work. Seniority will allow you to offload the more mundane things to the juniors as well, which is a very nice perk.

May sound cliche, but seeking knowledge, keeping your promises, focus and take pride in your work, will only help you at your job, as well as outside your job now that I think about it.
