Last week I got told by my mom that I should shave to look more presentable. But here the deal, The goatee is not that bad to have in the first place and for the most part I’m given it a try since I look more like a men, and far less like a kid with it.

When women tell you to shave, is it because they are attracted to guys that look young due to society or something. I asked my mom what’s wrong with looking a bit older. All I get told that it’s because you don’t look clean.

It’s not that difficult to clean a goatee anyway, and I don’t want to shave just because I don’t care about looks too much since I know what I want to wear while being aware of the social consequences. And since when do women care If I look like a piece of crap. The only reason I don’t attract women is because I don’t drive a fancy car, or look like I’m rich as hell. I pretend to be broke so I don’t attract too much attention and besides I would rather spend time with computers, and GNU/Linux before I spend time with a girl these days.

I work in a men’s work place, not in a women’s work environment. The guys there are three times my age, and for the most part, they don’t care anyway about that nonsense.

My question is have any of you guys been told to shave by a women because you look older, or dirty?

Actions have consequences and consequences have prices. Cause and effect at work.

I’m the opposite – I like my face to be shaven.

I don’t like facial hair, regardless if it’s in fashion or not. And no amount of bearded hipsters, commercials with stubbies, movembers and other bulls~~~ will make me change that
But that’s just my personal preference

Actually, a preference for no facial hair is only something women SAY, they don’t actually prefer it – or not – at all. How many pictures of David Beckham have you seen where he is cleanly shaven? Do you think women don’t “like” in on Facebook because he’s not clean shaven?

A few years ago a woman on Facebook (when I was still on it) commented on a picture of me with a goatee.

She said: “I like you better without facial hair” … which is the same thing my Mom often said.

I just give any woman who says it a stock response now: “I like you better without facial hair too”.

It will shut her up immediately.

Yeah my Mom often told me it makes me older and I agree. But I am a man and don’t give a s~~~ if it makes me look older. More importantly, it’s not that facial hair “makes you look older” anyway. The act of SHAVING… MAKES YOU LOOK YOUNGER. That’s different. They should be saying “you look younger when you shave”… not “you look older when you DON’T shave”.

Do those women mind we say “you look older when you don’t wax your pussy?”

I don’t not shave because of the way it makes me look. Facial hair is like a male accessory. We don’t do jewelry or change hairstyles. Or color our hair and paint our nails. Its just a different “image”, and frankly I like swapping for a month. Also gives my skin a break. Remember, when woman says she doesn’t like something, it doesn’t mean she doesn’t like it. It’s just something she says to see your reaction… and a weird silent smile from you can catch her off guard,

SHE WANTS YOU TO THINK HER OPINION MATTERS.
Shock the s~~~ out of her and let her know it doesn’t. Don’t even respond next time.

Treat the comment like an annoying insect that needs swatting and just change the subject.
Try to avoid letting women sucker you into their “frame”. Its’ a non issue to you.

Used to have to shave twice a day in the fire service due to SCBA use. After I got hurt and forced to retire I started growing mustache and goatee full time..and usually only shave once a week.

Any time that a woman has told me that I should shave, I have always had the impression that they were intimidated, and wanted to feminize me so as to be less of a threat to their ego.

I love having a goatee/stache. In fact, I would not feel myself if I shaved it off. I have accidentally trimmed it too short a couple of times and I felt horrible until it grew in better a couple weeks later.

Women seem to love the way I look with my goatee/stache. Some have even commented that they like it. On me, it just works. Of course some women tell me that I should shave it because I won’t look so tough. Hell with that though, it ain’t going anywhere!

Women are parasites. Each and every last one of them.

You should wear your facial hair as you like and what your career can handle.  Unfortunately I can’t grow much of anything due to work.  However, hopefully my MGTOW ways will soon see me sitting on a beach wearing shorts, tshirts, and flip flops for the rest of my life.  I think I’ll grow a gnarly beard.
