So yeah…
black polyethylene ( plastic ) b~~~~ were put into the LA water reservoir….
polyethylene + heat & water = estrogen like effects in people… so… lots of m00bs. 😛
thoughts? yea, nay? might be introduced to other water reservoirs in the USA…
So, feminazi plan? nwo; illuminati? or just stupidity? i mean, the “ceo” (sydney chase ) sounds pretty damn stupid.oh and don’t get me going on about the stupidity of the color 😛
My Goal: To Leave Society.
My well is 540 feet deep .. I pump my own water .. and the only shade required is when I lounge in my hammock and drink lemonade 🙂
I am going with stupidity with a healthy sprinkling of ignorance, but one cannot rule out malice aforethought. This article is dated 2009.
Declining Male Fertility Linked To Water Pollution

Idiocracy
Good point. Those with enough testosterone to breed will breed congenital idiots. Just look around: We are one or two generations into The Idiocracy.

The entire modern diet is designed to raise estrogen and lower testosterone. Those in charge need slaves, not thinkers. Thinkers can undermine their selfish agenda.
Don't stick your dick into anyone you aren't willing to put up with for eighteen years and nine months.

This is L.A. I can’t imagine it’s even noticeable among all the other crap they have in the water down there. Seriously, that stuff is nasty. But if it prevents evaporation so they don’t come demanding water from me, I figure it’s all to the good.
oh and don’t get me going on about the stupidity of the color
They have to do something to prevent ultraviolet sunlight breaking down the polyethylene. White would be better for heat and preventing evaporation, but wouldn’t block the UV. And if you think polyethylene + heat + water is bad, polyethylene + UV + water is scary.
Idiocracy
I think the b~~~~ are full of electrolytes for the farmers ’cause electrolytes are want plants crave!

Some idiot told me plants like water ….. like from the toilet man ?

the black color doesn’t really effect the of blocking UV radiation that much. Blocking uv is all about the material.
black color = increased heat.
polyethylene b~~~~ = increased surface area
heat + surface area = bacteria.read around a little bit, and the actual reason for covering up the reservoir in the first place has nothing to do with blocking UV radiation or reducing water evaporation.
it has to do with being EPA certified… and avoiding having to pay penalties.

And that material is soot (technically carbon black), which is a great UV absorber / blocker. They mix the soot into the polyethylene, and that turns the plastic black. If soot were pink or orange it would turn the b~~~~ those colors, but it just happens to be black (because it is also a great absorber of visible wavelengths). The b~~~~ aren’t black to block UV. They’re black because they block UV.

I thing the soot is added to block UV from degrading the plastic b~~~~ themselves, not block it from the water.

That makes sense. EPA regulations are all b~~~~.
