Sex is Weird

I don’t know about you guys but does it ever seem to you that the value we place on Sex is weird? When I say “we” here I mean the royal “we” as “we men” or “our society.”

I mean sure I like sex. I also like playing my guitar, playing Chess, Reading etc… I am sure you have many things you like doing too.

But what is it about sex, an enjoyable way to pass the time no doubt, that people value it to such extremes?

If there was a chance, even a small one, that playing my Guitar would get me arrested I wouldn’t do it.

If playing Chess came with it a fairly substantial chance I would get a disease I wouldn’t do it.

If reading meant I might lose a large portion of my income for the next 20 years I wouldn’t do it.

If any of these risks attached themselves to my hobbies, things I like to do in my spare time, I would just find something else to do instead that didn’t have these risks.

Every time I read a post like the recent one “Free Sex” post I think about this. For an act that seems so pleasurable there certainly are a lot of pitfalls. And yet there are so many other pleasurable alternatives.

Just a thought. Its weird that people give sex such a special status.

The very first time I had sex I wondered why society made such a big deal about it. I thought it was pleasant enough but hardly worth all the trouble men seemed to go to. It was with a whore as well so she was hardly inexperienced or awkward about it.

I totally agree with what you are saying. I guess my point was just that we do have pretty amazing brains and its surprising how many of us can’t get our “little heads” to fall in line with our “Large Heads”

I agree with you men on here.

The first time I had sex, the first thought that entered my mind was “That’s it?” I could not believe men went to such lengths to get sex. Men will steal, kill and destroy themselves for it and women know this and take full advantage of it. For me, sex is not that important that I can’t live without it. It is part of the survival of species. I get your drift, however, as I too find it that sex is actually a rather messy practice in many ways.

That’s the beauty of MGTOW; you no longer value things that others die for, and in turn it makes you a much wiser person.
