I grew up in the late 70’s and through the mid 90’s. Very few women were tubs of lard. What happened? I watch my weight and eat healthy. It’s really not that hard. What happened? Most are lardo’s, different color hair, don’t know how to cook or clean and still say it’s men.

Maybe it is all the “low-fat” processed foods which are high in sugar, even foods you would not expect to have sugar like chicken-tenders…
…but then I might be just sugar-coating the issue.

I make chicken tenders once in a while. I do not use sugar and only a little salt in olive oil. I never knew people used sugar in chicken tenders. Weird.

First and foremost, it’s a lack of personal responsibility which has been exacerbated by the collapse of social mores. Any and all kinds of behavior are excused away these days especially when it’s comes to women and the You go, girl! horses~~~ they’ve been swaddled with for decades now.
If there’s no social opprobrium for being a mayo dumpster and if the consequences of your gluttony don’t occur immediately, why not stuff your face? And, when you develop diabetes, OPD, PCOS, failing joints, and all the other ills of eating too much food for too long a period, social media is right there to tell you it isn’t your fault.
While you can point to the huge increase in the consumption of processed foods, that is only a minor factor. There are any number of examples of people eating nothing but the s~~~ on the McDonald’s menu and still losing weight by using portion control and calorie counting.
Take it from someone who has traveled for a living for over 30 years, restaurant portion sizes have grown obscene and get larger every year. When you remember how little people actually cook these days, rather than just reheat takeout or prepare redi-made meals, you’ll realize just how many excess calories most people are mindlessly consuming.
Portion control is the key. You can’t out run, out swim, or out lift a too much food no matter how balanced or healthy your meals may be.
Do not date. Do not impregnate. Do not co-habitate. Above all, do not marry. Reclaim and never again surrender your personal sovereignty.

Portion control is the key. You can’t out run, out swim, or out lift a too much food no matter how balanced or healthy your meals may be.
I eat everything, but always within reason. I’ve always been super lean.
Society.
Body positive, fat is OK. No fat shaming, fat is normal. 100 years ago most of them would have been the fat ladies in the circus.
Process foods, easy, quick and cheap. Too lazy to cook.
Too lazy to clean. Too lazy to walk.
They should be shunned as MGTOW does.
Its easy.
1. Divorce rates skyrocketed.
2. More women in the workplace. Doing jobs that are more stressful than prior female jobs were.
3. Proliferation of fast food/processed/convenience foods.
4. Women are told fat is okay, they are fine just the way they are. There is the hamster excuse to balloon up without guilt.
5. Women are unable to handle the normal stress levels men deal with even in traditional roles. Now add in the first 3 points which increase their stress levels way more than they had in a traditional role.
Stress eating. Eating s~~~ because they eat junk because its fast and they dont know how to cook. No exercise because they are so tired and stressed out. Stuff that needs to get done they cannot do and dont know how to do, but men do. Stresses them out more, leading to more eating. Vicious circle.

Great points. You must have watched the Fat Head documentary.
Also, not every food is equal either.
Women will most often, if they are going to restrict themselves, if they have to choose between food and dessert, usually pick dessert.
Men will usually pick a meal.
A pound of sugar eaten as dessert is stored by the body way differently than a pound of protein/fat with some veggies.
Women want everything, but want responsibility and accountability for nothing.
If their agenda is to stop getting unwanted attention from men (or any potential romantic interest from men), they’re winning.

Also, not every food is equal either.
Not as much as you’d think. Yes, an all sugar diet is bad but it’s mostly bad because you’ll be missing out on all the other stuff you need and not because sugar calories are “different” from other calories.
Calories are calories are calories. If you honestly count them and honestly monitor how many you ingest, you can easily control your weight. If your weight is already within the normal range for your height and age, something as simple as portion control is all you ever need to do.
I’m in my mid-50s, 73 inches tall, and only moderately active. All I need is ~1800 calories a day to maintain my weight between 180 and 185 lbs. When you take a few seconds to pay attention to what’s going down your neck, you begin to realize just how quickly calories add up.
Let’s say I choose to “cook” via the drive-thru window for lunch tomorrow. A quarter-pounder with cheese is ~550 calories, medium fries are ~350, and a medium Coke is ~250. That’s ~1150 calories for one meal. I just ate about 65% of my daily caloric requirement during lunch alone.
Calories add up quick. Get black coffee at the drive thru and it’s 0 calories. Get that coffee “regular” and it’s ~200 calories.
Most people eat far bigger meal portions than they’re aware of while also snacking mindlessly. Keep an honest food log for a week and you’ll be shocked.

I think it’s cc riding and birth control pills. With a dash of anti depressant pills.
A large percentage of both genders have been raised in broken homes. Most young men acquire internal validation from getting their dick wet from different vaginas. A large percentage of women hamster themselves out of potentially healthy relationships.
Then 30 arrives for the women. Her body hormonal balance is all jacked up. Has nothing substantial to show for herself by that age.
Food and fairytale hollywood stories become her obsession. She’s most likely a husk by this point. Diabetes will most likely set in by 50. Game over and they all did it to themselves.
