Serious Sam vs Duke Nukem on the MGTOW scale

I recall reading a line by the developers of Serious Sam, that Sam is too busy saving the world to have time for women.  If I have that right, I would count Sam on a higher on the MGTOW chart than Duke Nukem.  With Duke, he needs to have women about for his identity to work.  Sam doesn’t.  Duke does things his own way though.

Anyhow anyone else care to discuss this?  I bring this up, because I think it is useful for discussing different opinions of what it means to be MGTOW.

I like both characters but I think I enjoy Duke Nukem a bit more than Sam.
In the very first Duke Nukem game, he was just kicking the s~~~ out of Aliens.
The t~~~s were irrelevant.

I remember back in the day when Duke Nukem was relatively new and being in the computer lab watching other guys play and they always b-lined to that strip club area.

Loved the Doom series but never cared much for the Duke.

The Children of Doom... Doom's Children. They told my lord the way to the Mountain of Power. They told him to throw down his sword and return to the Earth... Ha! Time enough for the Earth in the grave.

After DNF turned out the train wreck it was, I believe Serious Sam is the only way to get old school FPS action.  Sam is less fleshed out as a character than Duke.

I bring up both, because I think one’s take on each, on a MGTOW scale, says what one thinks of what MGTOW is.  You can see my bias by thinking Sam is more MGTOW than Duke.  There is NO identity, as far I can tell, for Sam, in relation to women.  Duke wears women like bling.  I feel wearing women like bling is less the MGTOW way that I am interested in.
