Anonymous25For those men suffering extreme stress as a result of the corrupt gynocentric system there is a risk that you could experience something called adrenal fatigue. I think it’s important mghow recognise this as it can have serious health implications long term such as having a stroke so men need to learn to help themselves because the corrupt system isn’t going to do it for us.
You won’t get any help from doctors because they don’t recognise it. This book by a Dr gives a good account of the symptoms, medical tests you can have done and the steps you can take yourself to recover:

It would be good to hear more useful resources from you other guys for people suffering from the effects of false allegations and divorce / custody rape and solutions to recover and prevent the body being burnt out. Number 1 tip is remove the stressor for me.
Guarding my energy (what I emotionally invest myself in) is second only to guarding my sperm.
