They should get more than 9 months in jail, a man would have the book thrown at him. But atleast she has to register as a sex offender.

This appears to be true rape using the “made to penetrate” definition of rape.  This is a hot area of debate.  Men should insist that “made to penetrate” is classified as rape.  As semen get’s more rare you will see more and more women forcefully try to take it.

By the current campus definition of rape I was raped in junior year of college.

I hadn’t been laid in quite a while so I was up for most things but not anything.  There was this one really ugly girl that had her eye on me for months.  I avoided her as she was repulsive.  It’s not that she was a bad person it’s just that I found her physically repugnant.

I went to a dance on campus and started drinking vodka.  Back in those days the drinking age was 18 so students got totally hammered every weekend.

So I got totally hammered.  One of the drunkest I’ve ever been.

I remember her leading me away and I didn’t want to go it’s just that my legs weren’t going where I pointed them.

The next thing I knew is that I woke up next to this coyote ugly girl.

You know what coyote ugly means right?  It means, like in this situation, you’d rather chew off your arm rather than wake up with her.

Well, I didn’t chew my arm off but I did run out of there pretty fast.  I never remember talking to her again.

There were no long term ramifications for me other than being doubly sure no fuglies get hold of me again.

If that happened now I would have a rape case.  I feel she took advantage of me but I would never ruin someone’s life because I got too drunk to walk away.

That’s why these laws are sexist.  We’ll have to wait until we see what the courts have to say.  It will be very interesting.

HR, by any definition of sexual assault  you were sexually assaulted. What is interesting is if the genders were reversed there would be no doubt. And she is a scum bag for exploiting someone in that condition.

It is worth noting, the crime of rape, in Canada was removed from the criminal code and replaced with sexual assault. I grabbed this link, which apparently quotes the criminal code, note the disgusting sex bias:

    http://www.sexassault.ca/criminalprocess.htm

Dont know if this is word for word, I checked a couple of other sites and they seem to agree. If it is, well quite the f~~~ing travesty. But we live in a patriarchy that promotes sexual assault against women – in case you didnt know that.

My point is that I disagree with those definitions and I’m a “rape survivor” (I never thought I would ever put those words together in a phrase referring to myself, I feel dirty).

What a joke. I f~~~ed a fat chick that followed me like a puppy dog and pounced when she saw that I didn’t say “no”. I don’t think I said much but I do vaguely remember coming to at some point and being on top of her doing the deed. Then my memory goes blank again.

    Good times.

The one limitation we have with rape accusation is that it’s usually one person’s word against another. So it’s hard to make anything of just words in a justice court that mainly use evidence to give verdict so in the end, the jury votes considering their own biases instead of actual evidence since not much were presented. And of course, there’s always the “women are weaker then men, therefore are less dangerous to society” bias most people, including judges who are the ones who decides the punishments, have.

There’s no shame in admiting you were abused. The shame should go on the one who used you like you were some sex toy (and then women say they’re the ones being objectified).
Maybe that’s why i never got “laid”… I never got drunk in my entire life.

Sex robots are on their way. It’s only a matter of time. Then you can have one that looks like young Jeri Ryan.

    @ LeHarFang

I would respectfully request you not refer to me as having been “abused” and therefore a victim.

The only thing I’m a victim of is the overzealous campus apparatchik exclaiming that everything from “the male gaze” to asking a girl out. I’m a victim because when anyone in a free society has that freedom threatened we are all threatened. I stand up for those young guys being thrown into that fire pit that are the star chambers now erected on college campuses.

All because two research studies interpreted stories like I told. That I clearly know were at worse my bad decision to regret sex. That is not rape. A person would know if they were raped. It’s really pretty simple. Sex against your will. Not some regretted drunken hookup. That is not rape. No one but rabid radical feminists think this. It’s just that they get all the attention.

he “male gaze” in feminist theory[edit]
In her 1975 essay Visual Pleasure and Narrative Cinema, Laura Mulvey introduced the second-wave feminist concept of “male gaze” as a feature of gender power asymmetry in film. The concept was present in earlier studies of the gaze, but it was Mulvey who brought it to the forefront. Mulvey stated that women were objectified in film because heterosexual men were in control of the camera. Hollywood films played to the models of voyeurism and scopophilia.[6] The concept has subsequently been influential in feminist film theory and media studies. [7]

That is what feminists want. They want the same thing that women in the middle east want. Not to be looked at sexually. It’s just that in the middle east they wear the Burka, in the west they want a Burka of the mind in men so we avert our gaze from the superior species known as woman.

@H.R. Pufnstuf Sorry, i misunderstood what you said. I see what you mean now. People have to be responsible indeed of their actions, even if they chose to be drunk.

Of course it’s ridiculous for women to think they can “train” men not to be men.
