Other week i was at the hospital and sitting near me was a mother in her early thirties well dressed with her little boy in a wheel chair all f~~~ed up with tubes and s~~~ , kid would of been around 6 . A short life but a chance . In some ways i thought ok he is a kid and has trouble but there is other pain he will miss that a normal kid won’t as he goes threw life . But the chance of life no matter how bad .

But it did get me really thinking how people are greedy for life . Imagine living like noah and those c~~~s , like 900 years old and s~~~ . How boring .

But that kid in the wheel chair has stuck in my mind . To be grateful of life and the length we are given . God will choose the time .

Live life to the max .

But we need the possibility to “spectatorize” them before things turn into chaos again. And we need a possibility to shift these threads away from public view (the best way not to give them the attention they seek) and park the threads for your final decision and verdict.

Or give us the possibility and means to collectively “uncheck” the bounce feature that (unfortunately) always puts these troll threads back on top of the board every time a new post is added.

Good threads deserve this “bouncing” but trolls~~~ MUST DIE. After it is buried behind page 10, no one will see it and add more replies. This is the “sure fire” technical way of letting the trolls talk to themselves. And “auto” cleaning up the top of the board for important topics.

Let us decide that these threads silently fall back, get buried and die off. This is all it takes to kill troll threads that normally lasted for tens of pages.

Like having an “unbounce” button and if (say) 5 to 10 “admins” have pressed this, the thread slowly dies off. That way we can avoid inner fighting and one party shooting down threads of the “opponent”.

But just as we always made our consecutive statements like “tuna”, “fish ahoy”, “cat pic”… We can also press a button. And when 10 admins do this, the thread falls behind in spite of new posts being added.

Depends on what you call “success” or “failure”. After all, We get lots more traffic and visitors when the “tuna hunts” are going on. But that’s not success. Neither are “likes” or “more members”. I often think of it this way . . . .

There are primarily TWO kinds of mentalities.
The Microsoft mentality. And the Apple mentality.

A Microsoft mentality is to package, present and market crap to as many people as possible. Convince them they “need” Windows 95. And then convince them they “need” Windows 98. Just keep punching out the crap and market it to as many sheeple as possible. Volume is everything. The Microsoft “success” model is very “blue pill” in a way.

Then there’s an Apple mentality. Put up a plain black billboard with nothing on it but a little white Apple and the words ‘The new iPod”. They don’t even need to show a picture of it. People will go see it, touch it, use it, and make up their own minds that its “the best”.

And after YEARS AND DECADES of people laughing the Apple “fan boys”, mocking the iPhone in the early days, and bashing Apple stock…. it’s now the biggest brand in the world. Even bigger than Coca Cola.

Popularity wasn’t the goal. The products were for a select few. Only 5% of the worlds personal computers were Macs. Thats’ about the same % of men who are red-pilled.

KM, I experimented with a six and eight inches tablet and discovered that.. if the browser overrides the site’s coding to allow zooming.. it messes up the PM scrolling function. I disabled it on my larger tablet and now everything seems to be working properly on both tablets.
