Savoring the taste of victory

I had a great time tonight watching my Hawks kick ass on the Pats. I wish Collingsworth would shut up. He spikes the ball…Rusty throws touchdown passes. I started watching the game at the tradcon brewery. I started getting hungry so I asked the girl for a hotdog while she was at the till. She was almost within arm’s reach. No response. She turns to the taps and I repeat myself, saying please each time. No response. I finished my beer and left. Paid the tab, no tip. Went up the hill and had some more Tempura Shrimp with two more beers. I was drinking coffee by the time the game ended. I told the young guy tending bar all about what happened. They serve the same beer as the brewery. He got the $5.00 tip she would have gotten if I’d eaten the hotdog plus another $3.00 tip for the shrimp and coffee. I even told him her name…just in case he sees her around. It’s nice to give a guy another woman’s money. Victory all around, and the shrimp was great. In the lady’s defense, she was at the tail end of working a double. She was probably just asleep.

Mabey she’s still in shock from the election..Its gonna take them a while.
