Thoughts ?
Mine are these: Politicans please just do it so this whole issue dissappears from the newspapers and media. Also, hetero people are bailing out of marriage at an increasing rate, so who the hell is defending M/F only marriage ? I see a time in future years when the only people getting married are same-sex couples. Personally no problem with it. It is just a construct of government and laws anyway. The religious side of it ceased to be a factor in Australia many years ago….
Irrelevant.
Marriage today is only for women and gays.
Period. As long as they don’t try to involve me in the process,
I could care less.I won’t bake a cake for any marriage now.
How about that?
Anonymous54I dont care if they get married.
Adopting kids is a different matter.Marriage is a platform for fraud and abuse, I’ll never attend weddings and I will never condone marriage in its current form.
It is a feminist contract and it is a terrible contract so f~~~ it.
A MGTOW is a man who is not a woman's bitch!
I dont care if they get married.
Adopting kids is a different matter. The “adopting kids” horse has already bolted. No restrictions on that for SS couples. The current issue and vote is only about SSM, nothing else.
As long as they don’t try to involve me in the process,
I could care less.I think you mean that you could not care less… #justsayin
Marriage is for gays.
I wold never assist to a heterosexual wedding, ain’t gonna see a bro hang himselft.
To those following me, be careful, I just farted. Men those beans are killers.
SSM or heterosexual marriage means nothing to me, I think honestly it should be made illegal.
Personally I think should SSM be made into law, then the Government will start using its discrimination laws to exert some power and control over institutions (say religious bodies refusing to perform SSM) and possibly even areas of our life which it never could do so before SSM laws were enacted.

Anonymous1They already have all significant legal rights through defacto relationships (and I think I’m right in saying they only miss out on some laws relating to wills and such. So equalise that.)
This whole ‘equal rights’ line is bulls~~~ – militant gays are really just out to destroy the institution of marriage, and the rest are like us and really don’t give a fig.
My view is that the state should get out of marriage altogether, leave it up to the churches to ‘recognise’ it. The state can deal with it through de-facto laws; man and woman, same sex and the rest of the alphabet.
Right on Unforgiven. Ban any discrimination by marital status. Leave marriage a quaint religious ceremony. No governmental control of men using divorce rape. Women marry the frickin govt these days anyway
Afinogyny.. from the Greek Afino {to abandon/ to set down/ to leave /to allow/ to let } + Gyny {Women} MGHOW’s philosophy to not engage women without “hating them”. Narcorca =Narcissistic Orca typically spouting to a bathroom mirror taking an arms length selfie ; Wallinate describes post wall females whose SMV is terminally negligible New Years resolution "To not make women happy" . Instadestitue: yet another Neologism for Men that cohabit with women that decide to pull the handle of intervention orders.
Hey, you’re probably safer marrying another man than a woman. The simpler solution is don’t get married at all.
Women are better at multitasking? Fucking up several things at once is not multitasking.
In the future probably all marriages will have a defined end-date before they start. For example – “3 years marriage” or “5 years marriage” , I doubt anyone would go for the “till death” variety.
Completely agree with other posts on here that the best approach is just NOT PARTICPATE. But society will likely still have it in some form as you cannot legislate against stupidity.
I walked in on a conversation about this a couple of weeks ago and said, “I’m not opposed to gay marriage…I’m opposed to all marriage.”
